I bought the 65" Samsung from Best Buy On Jan 4 2026, today Jan 23 2026 no picture only sound. I called Best Buy, they said after 15 days I can't return it, I need to call Samsung support. Samsung support told me they go to call me for a service schedule. It's the first time a had a problem with a new TV and It is a Samsung..

I'm not a fan of a smart TV. Other than that, I am very happy with my Samsung TV's clear display and sharp contrast. The colors are vibrant and true.

50 inch class crystal Uhl u8000f. This TV is terrible. It has worse resolution than the Samsung it replaced. I tried to return it but Samsung has a 15 day return policy, unlike practically every other company. I called and they hiked up to it remotely but it's no better. DO NOT BUY this tv.

The picture actually looks very decent and the sound is great; BUT the interface is HORRIBLE. It takes 25 seconds of loading just to pull up the picture settings, as well as the HDMI input menu. My 7 year old $200 Onn Roku tv runs faster and smoother than this thing. And just to repeat my frustration changing the hdmi from my console to cable is so dang tedious, and the tv is always auto selecting which HDMI source it thinks your going to use and it's never right.

Overview image quality is clear and setup was easy. But the construction of the frame and screen seem flimsy and at risk for damage. At the top of the device, there was a thin black adhesive film connecting the screen to the frame. The film separated as soon as I gently removed it from the box. A piece of the adhesive flaked off and slid down between the monitor and screen with no way to remove it. So now there is a small shadow at the bottom every picture.

Worst.remote.EVER! No actual buttons, too sensitive to touch. Awful. I love Samsung tvs, but am extremely disappointed that I spent a couple hundred dollars and now have to buy a generic universal remote to actually work the new tv. DO BETTER Samsung engineers!!

I purchased this model of Samsung TV a week and a half ago and finally tried to connect my Bluetooth earbuds and spent hours trying to figure out why they had intermittent connectivity. It seems after doing some research online this model is known to have poor performance with Bluetooth devices and there does not seem to be a fix unless you want to purchase an external receiver. I've purchased Samsung TVs for the last 20 years with no issues and it's sad to say they advertise Bluetooth connectivity when I'm sure they're aware of the quality issues and the number of reported cases. I'll be returning the TV and purchasing potentially another brand.

This was a free TV I did not buy, nor specifically pick. For a smart tv there are some really dumb aspects of this tv. No multiview. I can't watch something from one source and watch something from another source simultaneously, yet that appears to be something the Internet is telling me I can do. I can't access the home screen and keep something playing in the background. There is a minimized player showing that app, but if I scroll away from it, it completely stops. There could easily be a miniplayer that is larger and stays on screen as I scroll through the home screen. There's no voice feature. Also, I don't care about Samsung TV, don't shove it down my throat or I'll hate it even more. Great picture, but a little underwhelming from what I was expecting in a 4k tv, especially when editing picture settings. It felt like it wasn't changing the picture enough, and I am having a difficult time finding the ideal picture settings in general.

I'm very happy with the Samsung U8000F Crystal UHD TV (2025). The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, with clear colors and good contrast for a Crystal UHD panel. 4K content looks excellent, and even HD content is upscaled nicely without looking blurry.

The setup from start to finish only took about 7 minutes and was able to set it up and register it all from my phone. The connection with the smart things app makes it very easy to connect to and cast onto.

I love this tv ,this was a much needed upgrade from my old TV. The picture is clear as can be makes it look like its happening in real time..I went from a 43 inch 2020 model to a 55 inch and 2025 model and it was a big difference .I love the fact that the TV home screen has a lot more and easy to use

We have been disappointed that the picture was not better than our old TV. The TV has lots of options but we find using it is complicated and requires a lot of time. I purchased a Samsung expecting a dramatically improved tv performance we didn't get it. I specifically wanted the Samsung because I wear hearing aids and wanted to use the Bluetooth while using the speakers and it does that but the Bluetooth seems to have a mind of its own. It comes on when I am not in the room with regularity. Overall I am disappointed in the TV.

The picture and sound are fine. The remote I think is a disaster to use and had I seen it I doubt I would have made this purchase. I think this remote arose from a cost standpoint by Samsung. I was also disappointed to learn there is no optic light connection on this TV that was present on the Samsung TV that this set replaced.

The tv was very easy to set up once you enroll on the Samsung web site. I had a picture within 10 minutes. Picture is clear. I only watch this tv for several hours , in bed at night. The remote is hard to use , instructions are not clear and I can't figure out how to setup the main screen. I am a senior and this remote is not friendly, nor are the instructions, hence the 4 stars.
