I'm very happy with the Samsung U8000F Crystal UHD TV (2025). The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, with clear colors and good contrast for a Crystal UHD panel. 4K content looks excellent, and even HD content is upscaled nicely without looking blurry.

The setup from start to finish only took about 7 minutes and was able to set it up and register it all from my phone. The connection with the smart things app makes it very easy to connect to and cast onto.

I love this tv ,this was a much needed upgrade from my old TV. The picture is clear as can be makes it look like its happening in real time..I went from a 43 inch 2020 model to a 55 inch and 2025 model and it was a big difference .I love the fact that the TV home screen has a lot more and easy to use

We have been disappointed that the picture was not better than our old TV. The TV has lots of options but we find using it is complicated and requires a lot of time. I purchased a Samsung expecting a dramatically improved tv performance we didn't get it. I specifically wanted the Samsung because I wear hearing aids and wanted to use the Bluetooth while using the speakers and it does that but the Bluetooth seems to have a mind of its own. It comes on when I am not in the room with regularity. Overall I am disappointed in the TV.

Picture and sound are good. The "smart hub" remote is terrible. And you can't turn off the most annoying settings. DO NOT BUY.

The picture and sound are fine. The remote I think is a disaster to use and had I seen it I doubt I would have made this purchase. I think this remote arose from a cost standpoint by Samsung. I was also disappointed to learn there is no optic light connection on this TV that was present on the Samsung TV that this set replaced.

The tv was very easy to set up once you enroll on the Samsung web site. I had a picture within 10 minutes. Picture is clear. I only watch this tv for several hours , in bed at night. The remote is hard to use , instructions are not clear and I can't figure out how to setup the main screen. I am a senior and this remote is not friendly, nor are the instructions, hence the 4 stars.

Worst TV I've ever had. Constantly freezes while streaming and using apps. Erases your favorite channels if you do another scan. Everything support tells you to do makes you have to install all your apps again and doesn't resolve the problem. If you do a backup it only saves a LIST of your apps and not the apps themselves so you can't restore them

This is a great second TV for my bedroom. It was very easy to setup as it transferred all of my settings and apps from my old Samsung TV and was up and running within minutes. The picture is great although the sound is a little weak out of the box, but can be cleaned up some with some tweaking.

I've had this tv for about five months now so I could give an honest review. #1: The main thing is this TV is SLOW. I have a Roku TV from six years ago that loads faster. It's disappointing that a brand new tv takes so long to load anything. #2: Does not hold up against glare at all. The brightness can be excessive at night in a dark room yet hardly fights against glare during the day despite having curtains up. I often have to close the blinds as well to see. #3 Game Mode can make the screen turn black randomly when using my console which can be frustrating playing online. It's not super often though, which is good. Now the good. Love that Samsung tv has many channels included which is why I chose Samsung in the first place. The quality is pretty decent and the volume can get pretty loud although bass can be lacking. Overall, it's an okay tv if you just need something for the short term but if I were looking for something long term I'd look elsewhere. Especially since this is a 75 inch for my living room and I host often.

I hate the remote. Ive changed the batteries on the remote, reset the remote to the tv. The up and down does not work properly, I click on the reset which is the return and the forward/pause and it takes you to the guide instead of reseting 2/3 of the time. TV is nice but the remote absolutely sucks.

My parents bought me this TV for my birthday and upon using it, I noticed it had a lot of problems. Every app has a different glitch or problem and Samsung TV shows a bunch of lines on the screen. This is a brand new TV! Samsung customer service has been awful about resolving this issue! I would NOT purchase this TV. If i could give this zero stars I would. We just keep getting the run around with customer support and I'm sad to say that this TV will probably end up in the dumpster and we were robbed of $200. Customer support is scammy. Do not trust this Brand. This will be the first time and the last time I buy anything Samsung.

I cannot raise, lower or mute the audio. I had a very difficult time accessing my Verizon FIOS channels and escaping the bad channel lineup that came with the TV.

I would have given this TV an even higher score, but I've only owned this device for about 4 months and now I have a horizontal line ruining through it. Due to my address, I can't seem to get any assistance with repair or assistance. Overall, it's still a good product and I do like Samsung products.

The tv looks great and I'm very happy with the picture and the sound quality. I absolutely hate the minimalist remote that came with it. You have pull up a menu screen and search around to do anything. I really miss the mute button and a number pad for changing channels.

This product has all the new apps and feature that my family uses to watch and stream online. If your looking for a new TV but not wanting to pay the large price tag for the QLED the Crystal UHD is the best of both worlds. It has a great picture (would be even better if you have access to stable internet) and all the apps that we stream from these days. My family couldn't be happier whether my kids are gaming, husband is watching a fame or my extra kids are enjoying their favorite movies.

We had a 55 and wanted to go bigger mainly to read the scores, cc, etc. It is perfect, fits well in our great room. Have had Samsung Tvs, soundbars for 2 decades. Never a complaint.
