It's great TV. It's my first Samsung Smart TV and I'm impressed. I'm always excited to come now and get on it. The sound definition and the visual quality- for a first- it is more than expected. The only downside is how sometimes it'll seem to lag behind on functions- as if it were struggling to process the instructions from the remote. By the way, durable remote! And very smart!! Cannot wait for upgrade to the latest versions. Thank you and well done Samsung!

Streaming TV shows sometimes I order right from the TV but the most amazing thing is I can add on whatever device I want to play something off it a wonderful TV for me.

This is my 3rd Samsung TV. It replaced my first one, it was a 46 inch. My new TV is 55 inch. Love the bigger picture, color quality. The ease of use. I do also have a tablet and phone that are Samsung. I am a fan of Samsung for life!

We placed this TV in our bedroom and are very satisfied with the picture and sound quality. We have just 2 disappointments with this TV. #1 You cannot do voice commands into this remote. This would be helpful in a dark bedroom. This was our fault as we didn't check it out prior to purchasing. #2 When attempting to set the sleep timer, more often than not, it results in switching the position of the sleep timer icon rather than increasing the length of time desired for the TV to shut off. A Samsung rep said that you have to quickly depress the center button in order to increase the time for shut off ( ex: 30, 60 120 minutes). If you depress it any longer than a very quick press, it goes into "movement of icon" mode. This has been problematic and aggravating. If it weren't for this, I'd give it 5 stars.

If I could get the stations I want and mute the audio when I need it to be quiet I'd give it a 5. However, the user interface, both the native remote and via the SmartThings app on my phone, just pain sucks.

We have had this TV for quite some time now and I like it for the picture quality. The home screen "Smart Hub" is the absolute worst and it makes me hate this TV. In fact, I loathe it with a passion. The hub is cluttered and full of recommendations that I cannot remove. I want to see my downloaded apps so that I can launch them as needed. I do not want recommendations. I do not want banners with inappropriate content at 85" up for my children when we just turn on the TV. I can set parental parameters, but then I've got boxes with a stock photo of a lock. The navigation for settings is clunky and things are buried in miles of tiles that I just don't care about. I wish we hadn't bought it. I wish we had returned it. Do not leave LG for a Samsung.

Samsung will not replace my defective tv....It tipped the screen back using equal pressure on the bottom and top and it developed blue drip lines as if someone poured blue paint at the top of the case. Samsung they say it's physical damage... but you can not see any physical damage.... only their technician says it is physical damage. I am very disappointed in the quality of this TV.... and disappointed in Samsung.

I've used this Samsung TV for a variety of purposes-streaming movies, gaming, and even as a monitor for my phone. The picture and video quality are outstanding. I had someone purchase an LG for me at one point, but I did not care for it. Before that, I had owned a Samsung TV, and returning to Samsung has only confirmed why I prefer their products. I've long been a fan of Samsung, from TVs and phones to tablets and computer monitors. When the time comes to purchase appliances, I plan to choose Samsung for those as well.

Casting from my cell phone is great, the screen is so bright and clean. I enjoy movie streaming, I do this almost every night. When I bought my Samsung TV I didn't buy just one I bought two,, one 6t5in and one 75in for my roommate. We both love them. My roommate watches a lot of sports and he says it just like he is right there in the game. I will only buy Samsung TVs. We both agree that I made the right choice when I bought our TVs. Picture is okay but has variations in the picture along the top, almost a cloud effect. Poor set up; few apps preloaded; closed captioning requires advance degree to get to work with local channels; remote is difficult to use. If it wasn't such a hassle to box it up we would have sent it back.

We typically use the tv for watching tv and movies when we are in the bedroom at night or in the morning. The picture quality is good. The issue with the TV is the Samsung software is slow. The settings menu opens slow. I also had the TV for 2 months and had to have the main board replaced. The settings and menus are straight forward and the online features are great. You can download your streaming apps.
