Got this product on 2023. OK at first, but it just didnt wear well. The touch pad stopped working, then a couple of keys,, if I had 2 consecutive letters, would only print the first. After only 2 years, I dunked it and sm about ready to junk the S9 Tablet. It's 2 years old now, but is jus. It a Laptop replacement. Maybe the be ones are better, but buying the S9 and keyboard were a real mistake.

This was a great keyboard until it stopped working. Super sleek and I love that it keeps the S-pen secure. Durable, in fact it still looks brand new even after a couple of years. Speaking of, can someone tell me how long they are supposed to last? I've had mine a few years and while the tablet is going strong, the keyboard just stopped working all of a sudden with no warning. I know it's the keyboard because when I attach my tablet to my daughter's it recognizes it. I cleaned the connectors and did all of the things, but no such luck. I will now have to buy another one, which I'm not happy about because they aren't cheap.

I've had three of these keypads since I purchased my tablet, each time the pad has faulted / expired prematurely and I've been advised it's not a warranty issue. They're rubbish. They buttons fall off, they're not made for use.

Needs to make a magic keyboard competitor, something that can be stable on a lap and with a haptic glass trackpad. For this price samsung could do so much better. Please go back and design a keyboard with a hinge (not a stand) for the ultra 9 and 10. They have so much potential.

I purchase the keyboard cover with the tracking mouse, it was broken in one month I was very disappointed. I would never purchase another Samsung tablet ultra, it's a turn off and yet so expensive. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG OVERALL.

I purchased this keyboard a little over a year ago. It worked great for 13 months. 1 month out of warrantee the keyboard stopped working. :( It is a great product, fits great, just not built to last longer than the warrantee period.

This keyboard works fine as a keybord cover. However, the glaring omition of backlighting for the keyboard counters any other positive aspects of this keyboard cover. I think it is ridiculous that a $200 keyboard cover made by Samsung does not have backlighting. So irritating.

Using it to write in a dark theater right now, need good feel without backlight. Wish more content was readily available for using it and special features. Overall functional and slim with enhancing a tablet experience.

Compact and useful, but underwhelming build quality. Definitely not a pleasure to type on for your wrists or ears. Don't recommend it for the price, find a separate Bluetooth keyboard that you like.

It is very compact and lightweight. I also enjoy the click-clack sound as I type. The keyboard magnetically attaches to the tablet like the S pen. There's also plenty of spaces on the outside to decorate with stickers and etc. The size of the keys on the keyboard might be too small for those used to a more physical keyboard. Those looking for a more ergonomic option, this is not made for that. To protect the tablet screen from scratches and light falls, this does the job. Overall, I am happy with this purchase even though the default color is black. That just means more room to decorate however you like :)

i like the keyboard being flat and still very responsive, as i compare it to the keyboard i had gotten with an earlier edition of the tab.this one was a bit heavier and thicker and a bit more cumbersome to get going. the only problem i have is with that bubble in the back for the stylus. why not put it in the spine like with other covers and then i could put the stylus on the back when i needed to charge it? the back opens easily and i always worry the stylus could fall out, even though it is magnetically attached.

I like the keyboard better than others that I have used. However, when I play some of my games, I can't use the numbers as I should be able to. I have to click somewhere else to be able to use that. That part is annoying to me as all the other keys work as they should. I shouldn't have to click somewhere else to use the numbers when the numbers are at the top of the keyboard. Please fix this in your future keyboards.

The book cover keyboard for the galaxy S9 tablet works very well as a keyboard. The keys are nicely spaced and very responsive for a small keyboard. The only con I have is the location of the pen holder on the back of the cover. This pen holder creates a bump on the back of the cover preventing the tablet from lying flat on a surface. This is particularly cumbersome when you are trying to use the pen to draw or write notes. A better location for the pen tray would have been in the crease/hinge area of the cover (like the S7 cover had).

It's nice and compact but I have noticed that either the keys are too sensitive, or don't respond on time. I catch myself typing the same letter or deleting more than what I intend to when typing on documents/emails

This keyboard cover gets the job done, but for the price, I would've prefered somthing that doesn't show as many fingerprints. Also, I wish the keybord would fold backwards so I could hide it when drawing on a flat surface. This also lacks a backlight and a dedicated ESC key.

I'll start with the one negative I have with the cover keyboard - The back cover has a feature to securely hold you S Pen. The holder completely covers the pen and you won't ever lose the pen carrying the tablet. That said, The new Galaxy S Pen Creator Edition is too long to fit in the holder. Is this a problem with the case or the pen? You decide. The case otherwise is perfect. It does not add any bulk to the tablet. It attaches to the tablet magnetically and the magnets are STRONG! The keyboard detaches from the tablet and cover and magnetically snaps back in place to reattach. The built-in back rest is strong and firmly holds the in the tilt position you want. The keyboard sits flat on the work surface the keystokes have a very nice, tactile feels. If you want to protect your Galaxy Tab S9 / Tab S9 FE this is a very good choice
