great display with crisp colors. very powerful, i play games on it all the time. great storage capacity, have not run into any issues with running out of storage. i think a good case to keep the pen secured and tucked away is a must. the pen itself was a feature i don't use as much but its nice to have for when you do want to jot something down quickly.

i wanted a mobile platform i could edit photos on and this is capable enough for the hobbyist photographer in me. the screen is drop dead gorgeous. it's lightweight, the s-pen is fun and responsive. it's not sticky enough to trust, so invest in a case that keeps the s-pen secure. i bought an aftermarket keyboard case, which makes this as heavy as an ultra-book. thus far i just tested it out and haven't used it since, there's just no need for me. one ui is excellent. i absolutely love using tab s6 as a phone when my note is in another room, as well as being able to text. my only gripe is how overly sensitive the s-pen can be when i'm trying to type with it. this could very well be an error in configuration on my part, i haven't bothered to look yet. i'm still in the honeymoon phase.

the primary reason that i bought this tablet was for the large internal storage capacity and also because i could add an external sd card. this tablet has never left home, always in a case, no drops, no problems. then one day i see this thin vertical red line on the screen. still in warranty. btw, samsung doesn't offer tablet protection. in short, i received the tablet back from repair, but not in the condition i sent it, also minus the spen, which i'm still trying to get replaced. the spen is magnetically attached to the back of the tablet and is a complete fail bc it falls off if your case isn't designed to hold it.

i replaced my older tab s3. first the "bad" i would have give unit 5 stars but i think the older table's screen is better. the tas s3's colors and whites are definitely better to me - they just pop with tablets side by side. the tab s6 is lighter than my older tablet. has 256g of storage for the same price of my old tablet 32g. i love samsung email app (i had to download from galaxy store). i like the new longer v square screen. face and finger print unlock are impressive and work well, not flawlessly, but very good. i love the build quality and color i choose - the pink bronze. battery life and charging are very good. bluetooth audio on my noise cancelation head hopes is great. overall a great device i hope to use for years to come.

the charging port is on the bottom which makes it hard to hold upright while using during charge. compared to other tablets i have had nook, kindles, not any different just double the cost of a kindle hd 10 new at $250.00 same thing different name. i always get the max and install a micro card to get the 512. i have yet to get the micro card i ordered on jan. 30th. with this item. i got the galaxy buds live they hurt my ears i knew the galaxy pro would not stay in my ears so went with the other type they stay but hurt.

this tablet has it all. i bought it unlocked and used it heavily for drawing, word processing ( i also purchased the keypad cover ). this tablet makes it easy to use the latest samsung phone and watch to merge schedules, meetings and classes. with enough processing power to run pdf files for lengthy courses books while also utilizing class software or work software. this is helpful to screen share and open the book or instructional videos on the television and allows for note taking or work reversions to take place on the tablet so others can see and not crowd around so close. will be buying the next samsung tablet.

this is a powerful tablet that can keep up with everything you want to do. it can even replace the desktop in my opinion it has so much versatility. the battery lasts while it is on but it has one flaw. the battery drains when the tablet is off. it also would be helpful if galaxy apps would automatically update. you have to actually open the galaxy store to update them now and that is an extra step. those two reasons are why i gave it four instead of five stars. i can find no other faults with it and my last tablet was also a galaxy tab. i am not missing a headphone jack and it has plenty of memory for me. the s pen is great and i did not get the keyboard.

i really enjoy samsung products. the tab s6 is my 2nd samsung tablet and i am really happy with it. however, there are a couple of things i am not happy with. 1st - i wish there was a way to disable the vibrate notification function. i have no need for it. 2nd - there are several apps that cannot be deleted or disabled. ar doodle, all bixby apps, daily board, messages, phone, samsung cloud, & samsung daily. i wish i could delete or disable these apps. as i have no need for them.

i'm so happy i upgraded from a galaxy tab 3, long time coming. it's faster, downloads are amazing. it's still new not a month yet so i'll have to update. even my mom decided to get one once she saw mines. she upgraded from an ipad mini, the first ipad mini lol. enough storage for my current books and future books. watching movies and shows are going to be a real treat. thank you samsung.

my favorites: the 4 speakers produce beautifully dynamic sound. i don't miss the audio port. the samsung screen recorder is so useful, it produces crisp and clear videos with great sound. tab s6 is slightly heavier than my old tab s2, feels solid but still light weight. the light metallic blue is very pretty. the processor is superfast. there is still a memory slot, useful since i tend to run out of space. the s-pen is useful but it keeps falling off with any sort of friction. the magnetic hold on the back of the tablet is not strong enough. a cover that also covers the pen will hopefully take care of this. dislike: unwanted 'bloatware', some of these apps cannot be uninstalled or disabled which really bothers me. as a heavy user, this tablet fits my needs.

samsung dex is a good idea but it's not ready. all it does it make it look like you're using a desktop, but still functions like a tablet. i thought i could use this as a small laptop for when i have to bring work on the road, but just a couple months of use and i can no longer deal with the glitches that occur from the clash between mobile & desktop functionality. i'm still a samsung user, just bought a galaxy phone, but this tablet is too user-unfriendly for true work.

i've only had this tablet for about 2 months and am enjoying it. my issue is the expandable memory. according to the specs the tablet is supposed to be expandable to 512gb on a microsd card. i bought a 512gb microsd card and then a 400gb microsd card and neither worked. the only cards that work are a 256gb and below. when i contacted samsung support the representative and i worked on some fixes but none of them worked. he then suggested that i give it times because samsung was always sending out fixes. needless to say that was not an acceptable outcome. i now have 2 cards that i purchased that do not work with my tablet.

i really enjoyed this tablet when i first got it. i used it through the day for basically everything. one thing i used it for was as an alarm clock. one day about a month ago, the alarm didn't go off for some reason. i tried to see why the alarm didn't go off, but when i tried to unlock the device, it wouldn't. the device for some reason had died during the night. i did some web searches to see what could have caused this, and found that i had to do a factory reset to get the tablet to start up . now i don't really use the device too much, and i try not to rely on it. i mainly just watch videos and stuff. i definitely don't use it for an alarm clock. i don't want to risk it not going off again.

i've honestly gone through a good number of tablets throughout the years... it's extremely fast, great for browsing, playing games... you name it! you will not regret purchasing this little beauty; i fell in love from the moment i opened the package! everything you could possibly need is on this! i don't even need a computer or laptop, at this point. it does everything. it hasn't let me down, at all. i really hope that this tablet lasts me a good few years! i have a good feeling that it will!

after years of using an ipad, my son dropped it on a rock accidentally and it wound up with an actual hole in the screen. it was useful for the most part. when i was thinking of replacing it, i looked at the s6 because everything else i have around me are samsung products. tv, watch, phone, washer & dryer... fridge. everything! so i bought the galaxy tab s6. couldn't be happier. it looks great, sounds great watching movies! productivity wise, i was able to integrate all my work tools which are google based. i'm now able to travel without my work laptop!

the tablet was great, lightweight, and responsive. scrolling on a website was terrible. the vertical scrolling on the tablet is uneven. when scrolling up and down the left and right side don't scroll at the same rate, which creates a wavy or, jello scroll as some users have pointed out. i initially thought it was a fixable issue, and sent it in for repair to samsung. they "repaired" it and sent it back, with out sending the s-pen back. due to the device having this issue and samsung repair department keeping my s- pen, i decided to return this product.

i bought my s6 together with the keyboard case from best buy.it is an amazing device. with dex, it is just like a laptop with one huge advantage - it is an android device!!! when i bought it it was equipped with android 9. the first night i received an ota upgrade to android 10! i use it for work and play. both are supremely easy, and multitasking is a breeze. well done, samsung!

i use my tablet every day for studying and i upgraded from a tab a 10.1 to this s6 10.5. i had no idea that the tablet did not come with even the basic ms office like my other tablet. i use this to make notes but not enough to get office 365. i only use the ms word! sorry for the 1 star but i'm very disappointed.

Let me premise this review by saying that while I am technically efficient I am by no means advance. I am a small business owner and also a mother. For that reason having something that I can take with me on the go to complete my work was becoming Paramount in my business. Especially with a climate of today having small children in the home and constantly needing to work while I cooked, did laundry, or ran errands was becoming a major necessity in my life. I wanted something that was as large as I could comfortably Take Along with me while I performed these functions. After much research, soul searching and a great debate I finally settled on the Galaxy Tab S6. I literally could not be happier with this tablet. It performs every function that I need it to. I have downloaded every app that I use on my desktop computer. I haven't turned my computer on and weeks!!! Not only am I able to perform everything I did on my desktop I am performing it easier and with more efficiency than I was before. The S Pen is literally life-changing for me! What I do for my home based business is of a graphic nature. The S Pen makes this as easy as drawing and I could literally not be any more impressed with a tablet that I am. The processing speed is seriously top-notch! The screen size is perfect, vibrant, and some of the best I have ever seen! The tablet has a nice heft without being heavy as well. I tossed this thing in my purse and go! What once was lost time at doctor's appointments and standing in line at the grocery store is now an opportunity for me to create and make money to help sustain my family. What an amazing product Samsung!!!
