Overheating and no signal
Have had trouble with my phone over heating regardless if I'm using it or it's charging or it's just sitting on my table. The signal sucks.

Disappointed in this phone
I had a new 20 and it was so much better than this 21 this 21 doesn't stay charged well and in my opinion the 20 was much better, I regret trading mine in

Nice phone. Still worth the money
Nice phone, I had hard time deciding between it and S21 5G as I liked the extra memory. I came down to the extra year of support for me. I like the phone and it is functioning great. I takes nice pictures and programs run fast. Size is perfect and screen is excellent. I actually got one made in January 2023.

Not worth the hype. Not worth your time.
Drove to FL from IL in US and got moisture detected notification. Never before until now. Also same time I just finished paying off the phone. Got lots of software updates. One too many in such a short time period since having paid off the phone. My carrier is T Mobile.

Great reliable phone!
I was given this as a gift and love it. I have used other brands in the past (LG, Motorola, ect), have used older Samsung phones and Samsung is by far my favorite. The features are great. Memory is good (so far) and the photos are much nicer than any other model. The battery seems to last all day with basic usage. I love my phone!

Worst Samsung phone ever made.
The phone worked great for a little more than a year and then exactly when is out of warranty the Wi-Fi failed, this never happened with any of my Samsung phones before. I took it to two different Samsung authorized repair shops and both declined to service the phone, first place said that they didn't have the right tools and second that Samsung didn't provide the parts. Very disappointed, I have owned Galaxies since the S7 but I will never buy another of their phones again.

Great Phone
I'm very happy with this phone. It is fast, not too big, the screen is beautiful to look at, and the Samsung UI has a lot of features that I like (this is my first Samsung smart phone). It has won me over to the Samsung brand. I now also own a Galaxy tablet and smartwatch.

Great phone until it isn't
Good phone until it started making a super loud error sound before every notification. BOOOOP! theen it plays the normal notifcation sound. Samsung "support" is a joke

Not for hot climates
Overall it's a fairly decent phone. I don't have a case on it and it still overheats while trying to watch a video and especially while using the camera. Going with the camera, Samsung..this has 3 camera lenses..fix your software. 22 pictures and not one is usable is laughable. Just an idea but maybe if you weren't so focused on releasing a new phone every year like some big automaker and allowed your team of engineers some time to create, go in depth, and test new features, especially in real-world settings, I belive your phones would skyrocket in quality and bring the Samsung name back to being known for amazing and reliable electronics. I'm a die-hard Samsung fan but it does seem like quality has dropped off a bit. And not everyone uses their phones in a 20?C environment, in my case, the average is around 32?C and even with a fan blowing on it and no case, it still gets too hot to operate. I took a temperature reading of my screen the last time it got too hot..it read 44?C. Just carrying it around in my pocket outside caused the adhesive to soften enough that the backplate came off. Again, maybe give your engineers time to focus on a quality phone and test said phone meticulously before release. Just an opinion of course.

Nope...probably one of the worst phones I've owned in the last 20 yrs. Battery is short-lived even with power saver mode turned on, cannot turn off 5G. There is no "Restart the phone" button...and sometimes holding down the main button doesn't give me the option to turn off the phone. Not a good phone here!

Disappointed
I HATE changing phones. This was a step down from our S8+
Had to buy all new accessories b/c ones we had aren't compatible. (Wonder who thought THAT idea would generate some $! ??)
Upgrades & new features are difficult to use & disappointing.
Really dislike Bixby feature.
So I'll have to put up with this till next change.

Do not buy this phone
This phone only worked properly for 8-9 months. By time it was a year old the Bluetooth doesn't work, the wifi won't work, and I even have trouble loading the internet when I have full bars of service. This is one of the worse phones I've ever had. My phone isn't even damaged. It has no cracks and it's been kept in a phone case it's whole life. It should have lasted at least a year so I'm really rethinking even getting another Samsung phone. Do not buy this phone!

Great phone for the price
I bought this phone a little over a month ago, so far it hasn't disappointed me yet. Yes it's an older phone, but it's a lot cheaper than the newer phones and still can run as fast as well. It has a stylish design if you are minimalist person. I enjoy the phone and will for a couple of years.

Great phone
Love this phone, upgraded from Samsung A13 and this unit is much faster. Only drawback seems to be the battery, does not last as long as I would expect a phone of this caliber to deliver.

Battery drains fast
I bought the lavendar color and the battery drains pretty fast. once it was fully charged I would use the phone and within 2 minutes the battery would be at 98% I called up Verizon and they sent me a replacement in the graphite color and it's the same thing with the battery. I thought this phone would be better than my Samsung A32 at least that battery held a good charge. and with this Samsung S21 FE 5G I can't use my earphones, and I can't use my earphones when the phone is charging. it really sucks. these phone companies charge a lot for these phones with batteries that drain pretty fast, sometimes I feel like going back to a regular flip phone.

Worst ever
I am on my second 21 in 5 months. Terrible battery life, not user friendly, shuts down without warning. Worst Samsung phone I have ever had. Really regret buying it.

I have had more Expensive phones but this Galaxy S21 FE 5g is amazing its so easy to use and Works much better than more expensive phones
