Samsung SmartThings Smart Bulb, White

i have one of these bulbs and like the seamless integration with my samsung ecosystem, but the only thing holding me back from buying more is that i like a brighter light in traffic areas of my home. entries, kitchen, bath, and basement/workshop areas like a little brighter light, and would be a perfect place for smart lighting. come on, samsung, serve up some brighter options in your lighting and i will be first in line to buy!

i bought this online because the site i bought it from said all i needed was smartthings app or google home assistant, i have both. after i don't know maybe an hour of trying to get this light to work, smartthings app keeps saying i need a hub to work the device google home is telling me to wait a minute after so and so and so forth. i gave up. fast forward 6 months i bought a google nest hub, and think oh yeah that light will work now well after oh i don't know, an hour or so... same thing, i need a hub and plug it in and wait a minute and so on. i give on this light bulb... very frustrating to sty the least. i'm going to take a guess and say it only works with a samsung hub.?

smart bulbs works great! i placed them in outdoor lights at front and garage entrance on timer via smartthings app . bulbs actually deserves 5 stars but i gave them 4 stars because often these lights disconnect from wi-fi so they either stay on despite timer or don't come on. have tried troubleshooting and can't figure out issue. but they do work once i unscrew and screw them back in but that defeats purpose of using them as security lighting. i have a summer home that i would love to use these bulbs but need yellow lights due to heavy bug areas. it would be awesome to make available yellow led smart bulbs.

i like this camera and it s priced at a really good price when compared to other name brand brands,i do think it could have benefited a lot if they would have added sd card support soyou can have continuous recording but i assume they would rather you pay the monthly subscription then to do that .

Can this bulb be used to replace outside bulbs so outside lights can be turned on and off when away? I was looking for a dawn to dusk sensor for outside light but without success.

These bulbs connect easily, and work well. They can be either dim or bright. They work well with all AI devices. And the price is right.
