I ended up buying 2 of these.. my wife loved her's.. great battery life.. gorgeous screen.. just the right size.. this one is a keeper.. until the 5g model comes out..

Early 2015 I purchased an S2 tablet from Barnes and Noble. The S2 sparked my love for Samsung products and and love has only been increased with the S3 that I bought used off of Amazon. My S3 tablet runs great and I have had little to no problems. I use my tablet every day (mainly with YouTube but also with other things such as reading and playing games. The battery life is excellent. I admit I was a little worried about the size going in but turns out the 9.7 inch screen is excellent. The tablet feels great in hand and the S Pen is absolutely wonderful.

I have been using this product extensively for one month now. I used it for taking notes, clicking pictures, web surfing, videos etc. I am happy with the overall performance but this product needs improvement in the following areas: a) Battery: It has been only month but I am charging this product every 3 hours now/ I am afraid that soon its battery will degrade more.

I bought this Tablet about 2 months before the Tab S4 came out so I do feel a bit shorted... But, this Tablet is great. So much faster and more organized than my old Tab S.

I am so glad I bought this. I debated for quite awhile then decided to go for it. I love it. I can do so many things with it that my laptop can do but without having to go to the laptop. I am still learning all the things I can do with it. Not at all sorry I made bought it.

I bought this device to replace a Galaxy Tab S 10.5. So far, I have had numerous issues and I am still trying to figure out of the device is defective or it is simply a problem with Android 7 and third party Apps. I primarily use this device is to download movies and TV shows for off-line viewing. With Amazon Prime Video, I downloaded many shows to the SD card. Then Prime Video reported that I did not have an SD card installed and I could not access the downloaded content. While Prime Video continued to report "No SD card installed", I could see the SD card with the My Files application from Samsung. Plus, I could see the Amazon content that Prime Video could not. Vudu will intermittently report "No Internet Connection" and stop downloading. At the same time, other Apps are using the Internet connection. After many retries, Vudu will eventually complete the download only to automatically delete it and start over. Google Play Movie & TV will also stop downloading due to "No Internet Connection" while I am surfing the web with Chrome. Very frustrating.

I've own several Android tablets as well as iPads and, dollar-for-dollar, the Tab S3 is the best one I've had. The features that make this table a great value for me are: - S-Pen - Expandable Memory - Excellent Screen - Excellent Sound Quality with Quad Speakers The items that I would like to see improved: - Upgrade to latest Android OS ( 7 is good but 8 is better! - Increase RAM from 4GB to 6GB Overall, the design is sleek and sexy, performance is very good, S-Pen is excellent and it's a good value for the price (compare to similar iPad models).

I do love the tablet a lot but only a few things I have issues with. The finger print scanner doesn't always work. The thing I am disappointed about the most is when using notes on my tablet and sync it to my samsung account, I can see it on my Note 8 but if I edit things on my note8 and sync it, the tablet is unable to edit my notes. it would be nice if I can go back and forth with my tab s3 and my note 8. I minor thing with the tab s3 notes is on my note8 it has a feature to put a grid so i can graph but on my tab s3 it does not have it. side note, I am a lefty and I notice the the s pen is meant for right handed. When I write the point is always off slightly to the left but when it comes to right hand it is always on point. would be nice to have a feature to switch which had a user uses. Good things about the tab s3 is the screen, built in speakers and performance. I use it almost everyday. if the things writen above was fix then it would of been perfect. Had the tablet for a while now and havent gotten an update of the software which is worrisome. I would like the latest updates on software. still on android 7 and android 8 has been out for a while and android P is already being talked about.

This is a great tablet, fast performance, brilliant display and numerous well-organized apps. The tablet synced effortlessly from my four-year old Galaxy Tab Pro, with minimal effort. All my apps, contacts, calendar and email came over completely. Wi-Fi and surfing are incredibly fast. Could not be happier.

This tablet is really great, I feel like battery life gets better over time, the UI is great (Samsung, you've really improved on your Touchwiz interface), S-Pen is just incredible, love how you don't have to charge the S-Pen. Overall this is a great device, and even though there's talk about the death of Android tablets because of all the Chromebooks coming out, I disagree. Although the Samsung Chromebook Pro looks very tempting, I honestly prefer the form-factor of this tablet more than one with a connected keyboard. For this reason I still rely on some other note-taking/task-management applications. PLEASE SAMSUNG, keep innovating software-wise on the Samsung Notes app. There is actually one other thing and this is also software related: Please allow enabling adoptable storage, 32GB is not much for this awesome tablet, I've had the tablet for two months, I have an SD card in it, and I've moved as much of the app data as I can, but apps do not move all files to the sd card, which means I really am not saving much space moving apps to SD Card. Please allow for Adoptable Storage as an option, maybe under an Advanced section. I know some people like to have multiple SD Cards, I don't, I just want to increase my maximum storage so I can fit tons of apps/games/etc.

Simply the best tablet I have owned. This is 2nd upgrade. I gave my S2 to my wife after she saw how much I used it over my Edge S7. I then purchased this S3. The biggest changes that I notice is the processor speed and the improved sound with 4 speakers Highly recommend.

The Galaxy Tab 3 is a great addition to my Note 8. The tablet is speedy, the screen is fantastic and the battery lasts me all day. My wife bought us each one as a Christmas present to each other and I'm sure glad she did! The included S Pen is just a bonus and I use it daily.

I was in need of a new tablet for my Tab 3 (2013 model) that held up great but started to slow down over the past year, and have been thinking about purchasing this one for a while now. I'm so glad I did. Not only does it look great but it works even better. The tablet comes with everything you need, the charger cord & plug, S Pen, Guide, SD slot tool, extra tips and removal/installation tool for the S Pen tips. Just like my S7 Edge, this has fast charging and after having it on my phone I can't imagine not having that now. I love the fact that this tablet has quad speakers so when I'm not using headphones, I don't have to worry about accidentally covering the speaker like I do with my phone. I never had a tablet with an S Pen and wasn't sure how much it would be used but not that I have it, I use it all the time! I also got a free Staedtler Noris Digital Samsung Pencil which was a nice bonus. The only down side is there's nowhere to store the S Pen so when I knew the tablet was shipping, I ordered a case with removable S Pen storage sleeve. Now I don't have to worry about misplacing it. The screen resolution is amazing, especially compared to my 4-year-old tab 3! Overall, I'm very happy with this tablet and will continue to be a huge Samsung fan.

The resolution looks great! The sound paired by AKG is superb. And the processing speed is spectacular. The tab S3 synced with my S8 flawlessly. The pen is a great feature and so far the keyboard works well. I would definitely recommend this tab as the tops for any Android user.

My Tab S2 had to be warranty refunded. Although I loved it, it cost MORE than when I bought it a year ago so I decided, if I was going to spend more money, I'd upgrade. Although I've only had the Tab S3 for about a week, I've discovered very few features I'd consider to be upgraded. In fact, except for the S Pen - which is awesome! - and USB C, I'm finding it to be essentially identical. Pros: ?As far as I can see, performance is the same or slightly better than the Tab S2. Speed, battery life, and multi-tasking seem similar. ?USB C - I don't know much about this -and it's a pain to not be able to use all my existing chargers/cords - charging is faster and it's great not having to figure out direction! ?S Pen - I LOVE this! I tried numerous times to use a stylus and never got used to it. I use the S Pen almost exclusively and really like the features specific to the pen (notes, screen write, smart select, etc.) Cons: ?This is an expensive tablet! The S Pen and minimal performance improvements do not, imo, justify the large bump in price. ?Appearance - External features identical to S2 except, imo, appears to be plastic (as does the S Pen). It is listed as having a metal case so it must be the finish - I think meant to be brushed metal. ?As mentioned, the features and performance, other than the S Pen, are not much of an upgrade. Overall, this is an awesome tablet because the S2 was an awesome tablet. I'm not sorry I bought it due to the S Pen, but do not consider it a very good value, hence the 4 star rating.

The tablet is great and met or exceeded my expectations in all areas except for one point. The S-pen button opens Air command and can not be changed or turned off. This renders the tablet useless to me for sketching because it takes away commands in my drawing programs.

I was under the impression that I could connect to my wireless account. I didn't realize it was WiFi only and that is a disappointment. The pad is great just wish it was wireless as well.
