Samsung 11-Pin Micro USB to HDMI Adapter

This does not work with my Galaxy Tab S2. Has anyone found an adapter that works?

Bought it for my tab s2 9.7 but it does not work with my sony google tv. My tab is recognized as mhl device by the tv but I cannot get the tablet screen to show on the tv. Tried every which way. Tried this adapter with my note 4 and with my tab 3 and they are both both recognized and work well. BUT, I bought for the tab s2 and it's not working.

Listed as compatible with Samsung Tablets but it doesn't connect to my Samsung Tab A, the connectors refuse to work. Samsung NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR LISTINGS!!!

Doesn't work with Tablet S2 9.7" despite website compatibility claims. The tablet does have the special cutout in the bottom of the USB port for this type of plug, so they must have intended for the tablet to work with the 11pin USB/MHL plug, but nothing happens on the device when plugged in. The TV sees "MHL adapter", but the tablet doesn't even show the little popup that phones and other tablets do telling you that an adapter has been plugged in. Works with S3, S4, S5, so I know it's not the adapter.

That right! Samsung decide to drop all the mhl support to s6 and above device. What a shame, not all the people got smart TV or chrome cast at their house. It was really convenience to have a mhl connector around. You can watch and share video at your friend house or hotel. Now this little junk connector just sitting at my place since I am no longer own a s5. What a waste of my money my money, SAMSUNG.

The adapter worked great with my Galaxy S5, but it does not plug into my new Galaxy S7. The plug looks like it should plug in, but it will not. It was a 5-star adapter on the S5, but Samsung let me down with the receiver port on the S7 and it makes no sense why they would change the receiver plug in the phone.

I bought this item based on what was advertised at Samsung.com but when I tried it on my Galaxy Tab S2 the TV will only show "MHL connected" but nothing else. I don't recommend this item to anybody.

This is my second tablet over about 5 years. I love my Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. It has great screen resolution and I really like the size and weight. Performance is as good as, or better, than my previous tablet which used a different operating system.

I don't have a Samsung tv, so mirroring isn't an option for me. This accessory is perfect in my case, however I recently bought the Galaxy Tab A, this adapter is NOT compatible with the Tab A. Works excellent withe the Tab 4 and Samsung Galaxy phones. Bummer tho. I dunno why Samsung keeps changing the ports on the devices. Might return the Tab A just for this reason

love it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I take it everywhere I go... Especially when you have children and they get bored at a friends house, you can plug your phone can stream their favorite movies or TVs shows. My only problem is now I upgrade to the s6 edge its doesn't fit in the port.

It worked great until the Android 5.0 update. After that it will not play downloaded movies. You have to stream movies for it to work. It has been two months and still not a fix. Do not buy for Note 4!

The Smart Adapter works well with my Galaxy S4, but NOT with my Galaxy NOTE-4. It worked fairly well for the first two weeks, then suddenly quit so now the picture on the TV is dark 95% of the time with intermittent picture showing up. I've tried several TVs, that's not the problem. When the problem occurred, I tried it on my wife's S4, the adapter works fine with that. So next, I was wondering if it was related to the fast charge on the Note 4, but I run it with the Note 4 charger and at different charge levels on the phone. It seems a bit better on full battery charge on the phone, but still cuts out most of the time rendering it useless on the Note 4.

The HDMI converter works very well by replicating the video that on your devices display to your big Screen HDMI Monitor or TV. There is no perceivable loss in quality. The only problem is with a Galaxy Note 10.1 2014. the normal 2 amp power supply can not keep up with the discharge rate when streaming video.So, don't plan on Binge Watching a series on xxxxxxx.

I bought this Samsung adapter for my Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and couldn't get it to work. I use a similar adapter for my cell phone and it does not need a charger attached to run, so I didn't connect one. Once I hooked a charger, it worked like a charm. It actually says to do this in the instructions - I guess I should've looked at those first.
