I bought this toner about 2 months ago but it was late getting here so I’ve had it since the end of nov.? Everything works great but it’s already down halfway and I’m just one person at home. Not in an office, and I’m not writing a book. Other than the lateness of the product it works great but runs out fast. And I’ll order from somewhere else next time because I was completely out and expected it in 2-5 business days like they said, 3 was is quite awhile to wait when you have important documents to print.

I am very pleased with the service I received from HP. The ordering process was easy. I received notification about when my product would arrive it was there exactly when they said it would be. Knowing when it would arrive was helpful so that I could collect it before someone could take steal it.

They were cheaper than they would be locally. Since I trust HP from experience over the years, I did not hesitate to make this purchase. There was no shipping fee, which is a big plus in my mind. I ordered the toner for my printer when it actually told me the toner was low. The toner was delivered quickly and when I needed to put in the cartridge, it was so easy to insert, then finish your print job. Love it!!!

I used to buy the generic toner cartridges but always had problems and they never lasted long. I always stick with the name brand.

Purchased the toner cartridge a few weeks ago and my printing is back up to par. The original cartridge lasted quiet some time and finally quit producing. The replacement was provided by HP and has proven to be a very good product. I requested a return shipping package to send the old cartridge back for recycling. HP sent me the shipping box and labels free of charge.

I'd had a HP all-in-one photo printer--make that two--so I didn't have experience with this type. I'd changed 4 small cartridges in those when printer needed ink. I wasn't sure would know how to put the large one in correctly, so I watched a u-tube video which looked as if it would be simple. I watched it again and also another one until I thought I would have no problem. It was. I unwrapped the rather large toner cartridge, pulled up the entire top of the printer, and slid it right in the first try. It worked. (I am 78 years old.) :)

Needed an wireless printer and this is the best. Cartridges are a little pricey but you get a lot fir your money.
