Amazing memory accessory. The generation 2 portable SST 4 TB USB Works amazing when it comes to transferring or Moving storage over from the device into the memory cartridge. After I was able to do the transfer my phone and device started working super fast I was able to be ejected safely while keeping all the data that was transferred on there safe and secured.

This drive is perfect. At first the price of the drive was reasonable so I picked one up. Wish I picked up to at that time if I had known the price would triple. The drive is perfect...perfect size, perfect speed and just enough capacity to backup my entire TB1 Samsung phone. Its very portable and can easily connect directly to my phone. If prices drop, will definitely pickup another.

I've been using the Samsung Portable SSD for a while now, and overall, I'm really impressed with its performance and reliability. The biggest advantage is the speed-file transfers are incredibly fast compared to traditional external hard drives. I regularly move large datasets and project files, and it handles everything smoothly without lag.

I love this T 7 Shield 1 GB because it is so easy to connect to my Android S 24 and easily holds all of my photos videos that take so much storage and memory of my laptop and cell phone. The T 7 Shield has wicked fast transfer speed, and it's solid design saves it from damage if dropped on the floor. Resistance.

I have purchased many Samsung portable SSDs, as well as some from other marquee manufacturers. But while I've had some form of trouble with all the other brands, not a single one of my Samsung's devices has failed me (knock on wood)! They're fast, compatible with every system I've tried, and have great capacity in a wide range of storage levels. Most importantly, though, they are DURABLE and RELIABLE! Doubt I'll ever purchase another brand going forward.

I am using this 1TB T7 drive to run Linux Fedora. I boot my laptop with the driver plugged into the USB port and am presented with a menu from which I can either boot Linux from the T7 or Windows from the internal SSD. The responsiveness of the drive is such that I feel as though I'm running Linux from an internal SSD. I love the drive. I've also got a 2TB drive about which I've not yet decided how I will put it to use. The drive is physically very small and very durable. I purchased a case that holds both drives securely.

This portable SSD is great. I've been using it for a while to store images from my phone, and the transfer is pretty quick. It doesn't disconnect randomly either, which is an issue I had with some of my thumb drives. Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone who takes lots of photos and want's some storage space. However, the reason why it's four stars for me is that transferring larger files or saving updated files does take a bit (as in hefty programs like clip studio pro and adobe after effects, etc.)

I use my storage constantly knowing everything on put on my SSD T7 is secure. It transfers on and off the phone seemlessly. This is definitely a must have product. I pretty much have my whole life on a Uber I can keep and carry on my pocket. If I don't use my phone I can plug it into my samsung tablet and have everything I have everything at my finger tips. I had no idea you could get a good quality portable SSD for this cheap. I'm a photographer so digital storage is a must, and having 1 TB will hold me over for a bit. Having a device that is portable is a definite bonus. I didn't need to download a app, it was automatically combatible with my phone. As soon as I connect to my phone it's ready to start saving pictures. This is the first storage device I've owned that performed this fast.
