Super fast, robust drive that comes in a slim credit card size and cool looking form. If you have concerns about reliability of spinning disk drives and want a more compact and faster solution the Samsung T3 drive is a really great solution. I have been traveling and using more than one of them for some time now and cannot fault them in any way. Highly Recommended!

I've used this for over a year now and it's been a reliable and handy way to store data. I use it to backup footage of video projects I'm currently working on, and once the project is delivered, I delete the files to use it on the next project.

This is a wonderful storace devise at 1TB solid state. It works well with the SS hard drive on my computer and backup storage is quick and easy. The SSD T3 does not easily transfer folders or files to a small Samsung T-1 500 GB without first transfering to the desktop or to another removeble storage device as an imtermediate step. This is a bit disappointing.

Works great but, based on the description, I expected to get a USB 3.1 Type C connector. What I got was a standard USB 3.0 connector so I cannot use my USB 3.1 Type C connector on my new Acer laptop--disappointing! This also means you don't really get USB 3.1 speed!

I like having files stored in at least two places and was running out of room on my SSD in my Dell PC. This Samsung drive is a great second file location. It works fast and is password protected. I lost some Thumb drives recently which were not password protected and realize now how I wish they were. I am extremely happy with my choice.
