The worst laptop i have ever wasted my money on, 6 months after buying it the laptop fans started to make sound all the time , and the screen hinges became really loose. wont recommend this to anyone. !!!! waste of money .

It's a hit or miss. Bought one and it works fine. Bought another one and the fan is extremely loud and runs all the time, even when the bottom of the laptop is still cold.

I actually stumbled upon this laptop at a resell store. I can't believe I found it. I was surprised at how fast everything loads. Also the screen is so beautiful. The sound is great. I use it for homework and watching Netflix. I also have been using the built in Sketchbook app and I love it. I also love how it turns into a tablet. It's very lightweight and sleek. It's just an all around beautiful design. I would recommend this notebook to anyone. The battery life is pretty short but that's understandable considering how much power it has. I'm not really mad about it.

I bought this notebook in the US. in July 2016 . It worked perfect until September 2017 when it suddenly overheated. After calling Samsung Argentina explaining the problem I was told to take the notebook to Samsung's official Service: Compumundo. There I was informed that they couldn't receive the device because it was purchased abroad. Therefore I took it to a computer's technician who informed me that the motherboard needed to be replaced. I am writing this review because I have trusted SAMSUNG as an International brand. My cell, TV are all Samsung's devices and this Notebook turned out to be a great disappointment. Trying to fix it has been impossible!.

Upgraded to 1TB SSD and converted to a dual boot (Windows/Ubuntu machine. Works flawlessly with Ubuntu Linux OS. Never been easier carrying around the office. This is now my main laptop for the software development work. Never look back Lenovo Thinkpad 15" since I got this one. Highly recommended. Pros: -Sturdy case -Responsive keyboard layout (means less typos in tying) - Nice screen - HDMI and USB ports (unlike Dell XPS 13) Cons: Battery life

The overall look of this laptop alone is something to awe over and makes you wonder how the rest of the market has declined in functional design. For a laptop to be two years old and still be a top looking and performing compared to what is out there says alot. I just wish samsung could could continue to push there competition with their innovation year after year, cause if they focused on their laptops more who knows what would be available to the public. This is a very nice laptop that will perform and turn heads for man years. This was such a good investment and was my final step in converting fully to the samsung team.

For the price, this laptop beats any on the market. One problem, do to the excessive heat on the underside of the laptop...it takes the LAP out of laptop. It gets extremely hot, when charging when not charging, it doesn't matter and I'm just surfing the net or using word, no gaming. This is unfortunate as unless I'm wearing long pants forget about putting this on my lap.

Lots of power, beautiful display, very precise touchpad, decent speakers. Feels solidly built and plenty of battery. Nice package! My only, very minor suggestion for improvement would be a mini-DisplayPort.

I am no computer geek, nor do I know a lot about computers. My last computer was a 2006 Macbook which was slower than a turtle. It was just too old of a dinosaur to function with modern day use. This Notebook 9 spin is extremely fast. Best laptop I have ever owned. The tablet version is so awesome to have a two in one laptop. The touch screen is very responsive. The trackpad is also very responsive as well. The build quality is solid and premium. This laptop is just perfect for me!

I bought this to replace an old laptop and love it! It's thin, light and gorgeous. It boots really fast. The "restore" software from Samsung saved me too. I was just configuring it and probably messed something up when I put on my virus/security software because it wasn't running right - at all. I used the software to reset it to factory settings and started over. Perfect. The touchscreen is not something I use all the time, but it's really nice to have. The display is incredible too.

I wanted a light two in One Notebook, and what a selection of brands I had to choose from, in fact so many, I could not make up my mind. I did notice two Samsung's though and seeing that my whole house is Samsung, I bought the Notebook 9 spin with 4K display, and weight was a factor in my decision, and it did not disappoint me coming in at about 3 pounds. It came with Windows 10 and a solid state hard drive, making it the fastest computer I have ever owned due to the I7 processor, and at 65, I have owned many, and used many at work, that just would not touch this gem. The display is truly remarkable and actually is Par with my television. The bottom line is that as of today, I have yet to find a weakness with this engineering marvel.

I purchased this computer because of its weight and I have several different Samsung products and they have all worked well for me. The weight was very important to me as I am handicap and it sits on my legs. I also liked all of the features it has. The display is very clear and sharp.

I use a MBP for nearly everything. Unfortunately, the government runs most programs based off a PC. I ended up getting this Samsung to use for work. So far, so good! Not much issue with me using Windows 10 which I was worried about. It's super lightweight and great for travel (which is exactly what I'll be using this for. It appears solid and I've had zero issues so far. I've told other coworkers how pleased I am and now two others have the same laptop.

The Notebook 9 Spin is great! I received this as a gift and have been thoroughly impressed since its receipt. The notebook is light and sleek. I enjoy the light up keyboard and the ability to adjust the keys' brightness. I'm still getting used to having a touch screen available as it's very foreign to me but has been convenient the times I've used it. I'm very pleased with the suitable amount of storage space. Heads up, no CD-ROM drive, but that's ancient stuff anyways as almost everyone has internet to download what's needed. The outer shell of the laptop does show some finger prints but the inside of the laptop around the keyboard and touch pad do not. I've seen other models from other companies which are much worse off in this regard. Overall, this notebook meets my needs with fast processing speed at the appropriate size for both the screen and keyboard. Very pleased!

This laptop has been the perfect machine for me to do light productivity on campus as well as at home. Lightweight, strong build, great display, not full of bloatware, just Norton which was unfortunate, but most of the Samsung branded software is actually pretty good - power plan and display settings come to mind. If you cab find a deal this quickly becomes the best you can find for the price. Thanks Samsung!
