worst tv ever. constant internet connectivity issues, similar to what others have posted previously. my last samsung never had these issues. wish i had read the reviews before purchasing. constant glitching and now my roku remote does not even work with the tv, even though it works with others. i bought this in the tailend of 2020, i cant believe they were still selling them then, knowing there were significant issues with this model. i have contacted customer support to no avail. sucks. never want to buy a samsung product again.

overall the picture quality is good, barely noticing any ghosting or digital artifacts. im using an clearstream v2 and i receive tons of channels old school historical channel, three stooges and the usual other garbage in tv. it you have internet there's tv+plus with 100+ hd channels free with the tv, amazon prime, i use my hotspot wi-fi to connect the tv to the internet. the draw back i absolutely hate there's only 2 hdmi (hd cable box ps4, blu-ray player) and only one digital optical out.. so much for using a wireless headset to watch tv w/o making the wife angry. i can notice the movement issue not smoothly but hopefully i can fine tune it.

this is hands down the worst tv ive ever had the displeasure of using. 1. picture is terrible. 2. for a smart tv, its barely works. internet connection drops non stop. doesn’t detect internet connection. apps dont work. If it does connect, it is the slowest connection so nothing loads. 3. the customer service is terrible. they help solve nothing. I’ve owned cheaper TVs much better than this. it is a 30 minute ordeal everytime i try to turn it on and watch something. do yourselves the favor and buy something different. this is awful!

setup chip is very limited. under sound there is custom choice. that is a joke as there is no custom setting you can make. picture size you are limited to 16:9 standard or letterbox 4:3 no stretching picture wide. speakers on this tv are cheap and can't handle the sound output. at 50% volume you can't hear the sound. turn up to 75% to hear the sound. second later speakers blows. good thing i got my denon avr-s750h 7.2-channel home theater receiver with wi-fi. i setup the hdmi and no more blown speakers sounds.

Display is nice. Audio is ok. You cannot adjust the quality of the display. There are no settings control. This means your data use is enormous, and expensive. Settings are limited overall. UI is clunky. Remote is ill laid out and takes a lot of getting used to.

First and last Samsung TV that enters my house, beautiful and light TV ... it just doesn't work, I received the defective TV in the speaker and reading the comments I realize that it was not only a manufacturing problem but quality. I do not recommend, I am returning and buying another one from LG.

I called SAMSUNG and I told them I was not happy with my product and I wanted my money back and they said they will not give me my money back even though they made a faulty product and that I’m stuck with it. I’m disgusted and will never buy anything from them again. I use to believe in this brand but not anymore. They really let me down. I thought they built high quality products but they failed me.

Meant : Loks like this tv has a part from Dell in the spec/tech description ....... and it suddenly stopped working for no reason that I could see. I was watching a movie and it just shut off and could not get it to turn back on. Now I have to purchase another tv. smh A waste of time and money.

I bought this TV and another Korean branded at the same time to compare for bedroom use. Flat out it wiped the floor with the less brand. However, I have a NU8000 75" in the living, which wipes the floor with the NU6900. The 6900 43" is a basic budget 4K TV...and with those disappointed by 4K performance... ITS 43 inches. You are not going to see 4K on a 43" set, no matter the brand. Mathematics prohibit it. Even a 75" set requires you to set approximately 3' from the screen to truely experience the 4K experience. Yes, you did see a upgrade from HDTV, but you are not really experiencing the "4K effect" till you get closer to the screen. I have not experienced any of the connection, or other problem. On reviewer commented on the slow guide. That guide is actually an app loaded on the TV by Samsung to serve as a basic channel guide. It is truly HORRIBLE. I would suggest that reviewer get a FireStick or Roku and dispense with the Samsung app store which is a joke at best. In fact I would recommend any owner of this TV simply used it as a display and get a Amazon Firestick 4K when it goes on sale for $24.99. It make this TV shine on usable features. The main problem I have with this TV is the terrible remote included. WHY Samsung can not make it's excellent One Remote compatible with all its TV's is tragic. This remote is magic. It can control not only the TV, but almost every contemporary device you can attach to it..from Playstations to compatible Home Theatre receivers..it's a true dream.

I purchased my tv on Black Friday - having waited for the price to drop. All I can say is that my 1080p tv with apple tv is much clearer - there is definitely no 4K happening. My internet provider is AT&T with 300mps. I need to keep unplugging my Samsung to try and get a better picture. Forget sports - If I don't refresh the router and tv it is unwatchable. Very disappointed.

I bought mine last year and did not get put out until yesterday. The stupid thing keeps turning itself off and on. Talked to Samsung and they want to charge me to come and look at it because it is out of warranty even thought I just set it up. Nothing they came up with worked on the problem. I have another Samsung I bought 3 years ago and have never had a problem with it. I will never buy another one.

I just bought this tv and the picture quality is great ,the 4k upscaling feature is amazing . I haven't had one single connection issue that all of these people are talking in their reviews, they must be doing something wrong.

It’s the perfect TV for the bedroom. It’s very sharp, has excellent color and does not need a sound bar. We have a larger model out in the living room and love the quality of Samsung products.

I bought this tv around 5 months ago. The sound is horrible and just keeps going off while your watching it. It’s so annoying. Did all the diagnostic tests but still cuts out. Spoke to Samsung who said I have to take it to another town from where I live to get it repaired. Worst tv i have ever had. I bought it for my bedroom and I know its a entry level tv. Picture quality is fine. I am so fed up having to reset the tv all the time. The speaker sound is so bad, horrible distortion .

Just bought this tv today and it only worked for 3 hours. Then the screen went black and started turning it self on and off, which doesn't stop until you unplug it. Called Samsung support and they just said to unplug and plug back in that was their useful advice to me.

So disappointed of this tv and Samsung. Worst thing is that I want to buy another tv and keep reading that even 7 gen and 8 gen keeps having the same issue. A smart tv that is not capable at all of keeping a wireless connection with the router. I have my router literally less than 3 ft from this tv and still every single day I must connect this tv to my WiFi. Crazy how i must even type my password every single day on this tv and the insignia tv that I bought at Best Buy never ever gave this problem. Super dissatisfied, super disappointed. I returned this tv and make the huge mistake of buying another because I could not believe this was happening. Still having the same issue. This software is the worst ever! Will take the Roku software anyway ahead of this Samsung tv software. Unfortunately Roku TVs don’t have this image quality that is the only reason why I will ever buy a samsung tv.

I’ve had this TV for several months and it seems great until I try to stream from Amazon prime, which only works about 10% of the time. I’ve spoken to my service provider, done speed tests and other services stream fine but I get an error on prime that says my bandwidth is insufficient. Boo. Lame. Seems to likely be an issue with sansung’s Prime app, since it works on my other tv, fire stick, laptop and phone. Tech support with my ISP said that they’ve heard this complaint from other people with Samsung TVs.
