I love everything about this phone. Good battery life, just the right size (not too big, not too small) great camera, great features and easy to use. This is one of my all time favorite phones!

Having issues with ?? water icon, charging port issue. After countless calls to carrier, finally was granted a phone exchange, but not in my original color ....white. I pre ordered white before phone was avail, I want white. Why wasn't this port charging issues recalled, after speaking to countless people with Samsung? That is my big issue and Tec recommending clearing the cache continuously, obviously these is a port sensor issue, recall should be issued. Dissatisfied and upset. Still pondering on phone port issue. Feel free to contact me

Battery life was bad but even worse now since last update late November, early December. Lots of other issues with it not wanting to keep the internet connected.

The phone started ghost clicking within 4 months. It got worse to the point that the bottom of the screen was not responding at all. AT&T said it was a Samsung warranty issue. Samsung sent me to UbreakIfix (a Samsung certified warranty repair company). After 3 trips to 2 different UbreakIfix's, they declared it unfixable. I then called Samsung for a fourth time, asked how I should replace the phone with a manufacturer's defect, and was told to mail the phone in, go without a phone for 10 business days, and hopefully it will be fixed. If you're not going to make high quality products, at least make replacing them easy.

I've owned samsung phones since the s3 and had a good experience until now. I've owned the phone for almost 1 year and the battery life has been horrible since day 1. My 2 year old galaxy s20plus had far superior battery life than my new galaxy s22 plus. . I tried samsung support but didn't feel like they could help me with this matter. Very disappointed

After 1 year, this phone still serves me great. Camera still stands out, and battery has not been an issue.

I've had this phone for over a year now and it's a really good quality phone. I love the benefits of the Health app and it's very durable. The processing speed and download times are very fast and the storage capacity is awesome. The camera works really well and the editing features also work really well and are constantly being updated.

RIght after warranty ended my camera started taking low quality pictures. Battery life is atrocious (coming from s10+), bugs in dex (can't even import photos). USB-C port easily disconnects when connected to anything, it also burns aux C adapters (I tested this with 3 different types and they all stopped working after 10minutes). No good features like an actually aux outlet, or sd card. Also bulky, heavy, and big (great if you like carpel tunnel). Phone quality seems to be getting worse, not better.

I bought this phone expecting improved battery life, ease of handling the device, and fast processing. This phone is below expectations in all of those criteria. The phone gets very hot and the storage is not even half full yet. Not to mention the design makes the phone prone to slipping off just about any surface, flat or otherwise. I've bought nothing but Samsung for a decade or so, and this is the worst phone I've had since the Nokia Lumia. I've actually thought about trading it in.

I traded my s10 to upgrade to a S22, that was the worst trade ever. From the time I had it, which only been a year. I have had Five phones, each one over heated, continuously drop calls as well as poor connection. I was told from tech that they would switch to an S23, it did not happen. The last phone that I received, still a S22 came in, and never connected to the network. Sad for me I had to purchase a trac phone. I DO NOT recommend Samsung S22.

After 6 months, the speakers sound crackly. Also, I was expecting better from the camera.

Battery life is terrible. I'm 62 and only talk and text occasionally, and check my email 3 to 4 times a day. Still by the middle of the day, I need to charge. Didn't have this problem with my S10.

Traded in a 10s - it was seemless. The s22 s faster with a quicker charge and longer battery life. The camera is also a bit more robust though I'm not sure of the specifics. Really happy with it so far!

I have had this phone a little over a year. Calls and texts don't always come in or go out. It has been replaced once, out of service for 5 days while verizon tried to fix it, and had numerous trips to the store to fix it. I now restart a couple times a day to make sure nothing is missed. Very disappointed. Used to love Samsung. 2 years left on my contract for the worst phone I've had.

We've had the phones for a month. The camera is very good. It was easy to set up and transfer from our previous phone. The battery is disappointing. It does not last as long as our A52 phone.

Accept for a short Daily battery life all problems have been resolved. I tried everything the phone Tech's told me to try to no avail. I asked my carrier T-Mobile for another phone instead they wanted me to pay off the S-22 and purchase the S-23. I assume that updates to the phone ultimately resolved the issues. The battery life never resolved. When the phone is on & working it was the best Samsung Phone experience I've ever had.

I use galaxy phones since five years and they are for sure the best series that can be even better than I-phone. The only thing I don't like of the S22 is that it has only one slot for simcards.

I have had this phone for over a year. It constantly freezes and resets randomly. Recently, ive had to factory reset the phone because it was on a reboot loop. I have had galaxy phones since the first one came out and this is the first one that has made me want to switch to a different brand.

I purchased the S22 to replace my Pixel 6a because the screen wasn't bright enough outside in the desert sun. I only use my S22 when I'm out trail running and hiking. I have a Pixel 7 Pro as my main phone but I do love the S22, it is more compact than the 6a and I can see the screen when I'm outside. I use to have the S21 Plus which loved, using the S22 makes me realize how I missed Samsung. People have told me I should have bought the S23, because the battery was awful and it overheats. For what I use this phone for I don't experience any of these issues. I do have two separate lines and I'm considering the S23 Plus to replace my iPhone 13 which is on this line.

Until they release a software update to fix the crashes and the screen issue that caused me to wipe my phone I don't recommend

The S22 us a poor quality phone. The updates occur frequently and keep changing my preferences and privacy settings. The phone doesn't hold a charge more than 8 hrs. Google basically owns the phone and controls all yhe features. Whenever I try to make a change, I have to log into my account (just like apple) to make changes...really ATT. I can't wait for this contract to expire so I can throw away this device. It is a waste of money.

Phone overall is great but it has a huge problem. The battery life is extremely short. It's frustrating that the battery drains very quickly. What a shame.

this phone has a design flaw that causes it to loose audio after flying with it or going from an air-conditioned building on a hot day. the speaker will crackle and distort, the sound will be inaudible until you take the phone apart. very disappointed with the two I purchased.

Honestly the best phone I've had in a while it's pretty amazing, I work in construction and let me tell yall I like to help lift with my leg sometimes and it taking all the torture that I've thrown at it. I mean yeah the screen is cracked front and back but the screen works perfectly the touch feedback is great, speaker is loud battery last long can withstand the heat over all amazing phone

Been a Samsung Galaxy user over 10 years. The S22 (or at least the one I got) is the worse yet. Keep dropping (WiFi as well as cellular) calls and Verizon cannot seem to fix it. Night time video (like at concerts) stinks as well.

I have been using my S22+ over a month and I love it. I bought it unlocked and have had no issues with this phone at all. Speakers and mics are great and I have no problem with call quality. Pictures and videos look great as well. I have seen a lot of reviews about terrible battery life but I do not have that problem. I keep my phone on dark mode and connected to wifi most of the time at about half brightness and battery saver off. I use my phone a lot at night to watch YouTube videos and my ...

I've had my new Galaxy S22+ over a week now. It was easy to set-up, especially with the Smart Switch app. It took no time at all to transfer everything from my Galaxy S10 over to this phone, including my apps, photos, and files; you name it, it transferred over seemlessly without a hitch. Now I'm learning some of the new features and enjoying what I've found. I have not been disappointed.
