i had the previous model and had to replace because the band ripped. this new one does not calculate an accurate step count. it is so off im not sure why i am still wearing it, id be better off carrying my phone .

this item is a very good value when factoring in price, feature set & battery life. i'm noticing more than a week between charges. it's not burdened with useless features i'll likely never use and has many features that are indeed very useful. it is small, light and unobtrusive. didn't think i'd ever migrate to a wearable but after trying this out, i'm sold.

i've tried other fitness watches, and found this one to be better in several regards: the pricing is awesome. it was cheaper than the one i previously had. the battery life is way better. i got 3 days from the other guys, i got a week from this one. the other guys keep pushing you to upgrade to their premium plan, even when you said that you were okay without it. i want to buy another one for my wife, if she wants one.

i actually really am liking this product. it has been about two weeks or so since i started using it. the data seems accurate. for its price, it is very versatile. the fit is very comfortable to wear 24 x 7. i still have not tested its water-based functions, but it works really well and accurate during cycling, walking, running and dynamic workout activities. i love its sensor used for pauses in between workouts. i also like its heart rate monitor feature with 10 minute warnings for high heart rate. the watch faces are all aesthetic and pretty! overall i think this is a great buy, and definitely so for its price.

my galaxy fit stopped working, and i was unable to get any help from the first person at samsung that i talked to. someone else messaged me and gave me information on how to get service, which i followed and hopefully repairs will be done.

i have always used the samsung gear fit 2 pro and loved it when it stopped working i bought the new gear fit 2. while it is similar to the gear fit pro the new band is horrible. it is hard to get in the right spot and if i turn my wrist wrong it comes undone and comes off. i also don't care for the smaller face. the larger face was easier to read and i liked being able to pick my own face style

bought watch 3 weeks ago, specifically for heart monitoring. 2nd week i noticed the watch wouldn't charge all the time. 3rd week, heart monitor on watch gave out. i see the heart icon, but no numbers.

i got the watch. the watch did not register heart rate. i thought it was just a malfunction and wanted to replace but they dont allow to replace, only repair, first strike. i send them the watch back (which is a ton of work) to repair. they say that they have now replaced it and the replacement works fine. i get the replacement except it is still faulty and does not register heart rate (second strike). i call them again to tell them it is still faulty. they tell me to again to do the repair report. i spend >1hr on the phone (third strike). i shouldn't have to do that. this is the worst experience i have had while buying something online. hopefully, they fix their product since this one is clearly not working.

had the fit2 for less than a week. i noticed the band would come undone on its own and within 5 days, it had fallen off my wrist once but i noticed it. and then yesterday it fell off while walking and i have no idea where it is so it's gone. very poor design for a product meant to be worn while exercising.

i wouldn't have bought this for myself, but i'm enjoying it. they say it's scarlet, but it's closer to a rust color, the picture is accurate. not the most comfortable watch in the world because it's so long and before it bends. i'm curious how long the band will last, but there are replacements available after market. i had some trouble with it turning itself off when i was hiking, don't know if my sleeve was touching the face wrong or what. i'll definitely have to work on that! i quit wearing it to bed even though it's got a sleep monitor, because every time i would adjust my covers it would light up!

this is my 3nd samsung health watch.i like it. it tracks what i want it too. seems accurate. . alerts me to what i want. battery life is good. i've only fully charged it 1x in 2 weeks. it was at 60% charge when it arrived. i like the samsung challenges and being connected with friends to challenge. my niece challenges me and it gets her motivated which she's usually not.. thats a great thing. also its perfect size for smaller wrists. i got the black one. i really wish there were more colors cause i didn't really want black but don't like the red. blue would've been nice or purple. all in all i recommend it.

bought 2 of these watches in october. one for a family member, one for myself. worked great until the last update. i have an amazfit bip & when i compare them, fit2 now only counts half of my steps. i counted out my steps & it will sometimes count them, other times it just doesn?t register. pretty disappointed.

very light weight.. long batter life and swim proof.. easy to set up with a samsung phone.. recommend it after so many of my fitbit broke. also samsung fit2 is a lot cheaper and built better.

overall, i'm pleased with this band. i do miss that this band cannot be turned off to save power when i'm not using it, or that it lacks the ability to count the flight of stairs i climb daily. i really don't like elevators/escalators, so i use stairsteps instead. this band is clear and the improved clasp makes it a good upgrade from the original galaxy fit.

so, i pre ordered this device on oct. 10, and recieved it on oct. 13. i?m very pleased with the shipping. the charger has some issues, it wom?t fully attach, so i have to use the strap to hold it in, but i only have to do this every two weeks because the battery life on this thing is incredible! the fitness tracking is great too. overall, on a scale of one to ten, this is a major, major, major go!

i had the watch for two days. i had trouble with the buckle slipping out from the hole i had set so i would have to reset it and now it has slipped off and is lost. i tried the "find my band" feature but it did not help. it'd too bad because i otherwise was enjoying the product.

i got this fitness tracking device practically free with the credit i got from buying the s20. this tracker constantly loses bluetooth connection, when it does stays connected the step count and such are different to what my phone says so its very confusing. there is times when laying down and it would vibrate and say great in your workout!! like huh??

out of the box it did not count steps on an elliptical. i loaded up on samsung phone, bubs and fit2 and was excited. but this fails big and supports keeps wanting my new band shipping back for ?repairs?. first 10 min. i used it counted 1000 steps but only counting 200 of the next 20 min. i kept doing factory resets as instructed for two weeks before i was told to send it to the shop. it came back with a letter saying a bug was fixed. i used it for exercise and it did not count any steps. the next time it counted the first few hundred and stopped. it always detects my elliptical activity with its popup message, but no counting. now i am asked to mail it in again for repairs. i am thinking of keeping it for a watch i love the interface. i do not to be asked to send in new for repair.

i bought this product with no qualms as i have been a samsung fan since the day i ditched the first gen. iphone. the galaxy fit 2 functions the same way if not better than the more expensive smart watches out there. i highly recommend this product!

i am on my third device and the device still arrived not working. the automatic software update samsung requires installing upon setup causes the device to become non-responsive. very frustrating.

i am not the type of individual that needs all the bells and whistles that a 300$ or more smartwatch has. in the past i had an apple watch and i never used any of the features offered other than the heart rate monitor and tracking my exercises.

perfect design, the interior handle is very good, i have tested it in water and it has no problems, i think that for the price and quality it is one of the best smartwatches that samsung has released on the market.
