I got this tablet mainly for drawing and I've been enjoying the pen a lot. The tablet runs clip studio very well and it came with a 6 month subscription as well. The screen is very vivid and runs at 120hz so it's very smooth. The pen is very seamless and has touch protection. Overall it's a good tablet for drawing and I'm very happy with it.

I had multiple Samsung tablets since the Note 10.1. The pen has always set them apart from the rest. I have used them for work in construction and them make life easier. The S8 is awsome.

This product has a grate feature, it replaced all my notebooks, watching movies, playing games without any lag, samsung dex feature is awesome. I personally use it on daily basis for my school and also for the work. And in traveling too. Build quality and camera quality is awesome, it takes batter pieces then iphones. And can do a lot with those pieces afterwards, like editing or creating images. It has a endless limits of use.

I feel the galaxy s series 8 to 10 are the highest tier of electronics throughout all brands. I buy second hand and refurbished because they don't make them anymore. I would love to continue to be in the galaxy family and try the newest generation but I don't want to part with my s8! It is still fast and reliable

This is my second Samsung tablet. My first lasted for 8 years, and technically didn't die, just couldn't keep a good charge anymore. After a year with another company, I went back to Samsung and felt like I was back home with the great navigation and intuitive functions the other did not possess.

I purchased the S8 mainly because of the S Pen and capability that comes with it, and because it still has an SD card slot. While it's incredibly convenient and fun, there's a huge issue. The "Nib" or tip of the pen will wear down over time and Samsung does not offer authentic replacements. Your options are to purchase an entire new S Pen, or purchase a generic "Nib" replacement which often don't work as well as the original. Another issue is WiFi connectivity. This has been a problem since purchase. My provider confirmed that the WiFi is fine and the problem lies with the tablet. Samsung has not been helpful with diagnostics or solutions. It's disappointing that I paid for the best of the best and received less than that. Other comments: Camera is good, storage space (when used with SD card) and RAM are both great. Dex is useful. I have a thick case and screen protector but durability seems high. The 11 inch screen is large enough for me to draw but small enough to type easily (this is not the case on my S7 FE) Screen quality is excellent, very "high def" Overall- yes I would recommend it but Samsung needs to address the problems it has. Make sure you keep your receipt for the warranty.

I love to play games on my PC and I found myself minimizing the game to look something up...how did I not know how much easier play would be with a second screen? Stay in the game, look up content, data, even if the soundtrack has dropped and where! My S8 is every thing i needed in a compact fork that can sit easily on my computer desk.

I love the clarity, the durability, the sound, the overall functionality and the ease of my tablet. I've never owned an apple product and I never will. I'm an Android user and Samsung is my "go to" for phones, tables, laptops and earbuds.... its all I know. Thank you for making such incredible products that make my day to day life so much easier.

I love this tablet! I got it with the idea of making art with it, but I use it for so much more. I use it to keep a daily planner! The stylist is the best thing ever on this tablet. It's great for writing in your planner, taking notes, or just drawing. I stream movies and TV shows when I am traveling for work. I also use it for reading and listening to audio books or music. It's been wonderful! Performance is great! It has not slowed down since I've got it. It runs flawlessly! Battery life on it is really good too! I'm really impressed with how long it lasts.

For the value of this product, the Galaxy Tab S8 has the versatility and productivity that rivals iPads and even surfaces. I primarily bought this device for notetaking, but I am able to do more than just that with how capable this tablet is: I can watch video content with a beautiful 2k display 120 Hz, write documents (with the keyboard case) and do light productivity work, use the tablet almost like a large smartphone with the hand-friendly 16:10 ratio--I believe I recieved a lot of value for the price I have payed for this device. One caveat that justified one less star pertains to the durability of the S pen. After just 1-2 months of use, the tip of the S pen broke off when I accidentally dropped the pen one day. I struggled finding reliable tips or pens that Samsung might offer, but they were either non-existent or expensive, and so I struggled with searching for third parties. Overall a great value for its eager versatility.

It's cool occasionally I'll draw on it it works great for that and when I'm not drawing I'll just use it as a media device in my bed and that's pretty cool It's not as big as the other tabs in this series but that's probably fine in my case since I don't need a comically large slab of metal for anything I do Dex is also really sweet shout out to the dude or lady or whatever that came up with that

I was originally in the market for a fold device, thinking it would be nice to have a device that would do everything. In truth, having a pocketable s22 and a separate device that very easily connects to my phone was just a better option. After purchasing keyboard and connecting a mouse this device makes it powerful combination for me to use for work. It also gives me a place to offload some of my work photos nice because I need to keep them. My one gripe os browser based copy and paste which doesn't work in some places that works in Windows based browsers. No regrets in my purchase though.

I use my S22 ultra as my daily driver for all the tasks, calls, messaging, email. Best part is gaiming, no ther phn is as good as Samsung when it comes to gaming, especially the screen is amazing. I use my Tab S8 for the productivity, emails, editing, gaming and work calls. Great camera positioning for my zoom calls. Buds 2 pro are my fav ear phones when it comes to sound and noise cancelation. Best part is everything can be controlled through the buds. Lastly, I love my Galaxy Book 3 laptop for seamless connectivity with rest of the accessories and powerful enough to run my coding tasks. Overalls, the best eco system to go for.
