I've had multiple problems since it came out of warranty. It corrupted the Micro SD card, need a new one. Can't record any video once the card has been corrupted. Has issues connecting to the network through the app whenever it gets unplugged. The PC website login is touch and go whether or not you can actually login to change any passwords. If it's unavailable, good luck doing anything with the camera. There's a constant loud buzzing sound when it's actually up and running. Not at all impressed with this camera and the app. Bunch of garbage. Avoid at all costs and save the headaches.

This camera is absolutely horrible

This is a good multi-functional camera that can operate from almost anywhere in your home.

Great audio/video quality

This is a great product works well in low light and it can cover a wide area. Clear picture good sound quality a short bit of lag time. Easy setup and installation. I wish it had a button on the app to stop recording during daytime hours when we are home .I am still learning this products features though and I believe I can set it to manual recording when we are home and then set it to event motion detection recording at night or when we are away. I plan to use our Samsung S4 phones to monitor when away and a laptop or tablet and at night we have 2 I-touch radio alarm clocks with plug in for a I-pod on each I-touch so I can monitor two cameras at night and also use the I-touch radio's stereo amplified speakers to hear any sound or hear an alert sent from a motion detection at night to wake us when we are sleeping. installed the SmartCam today using my iPhone. Easy to set up and monitor the camera from my iPhone. There a number of features left for me to figure out. I like the audio and movement notification functions and the ability to see in the dark. The camera was easy to access over the AT&T cellular network.
