Bought from Harvey Norman for $499 about 9 months ago has already been in for a service as it stopped working. The stand is flimsy and the monitor rocks, mine actually sits lower on the left and cannot be adjusted. Bought the wall mounting kit from Harvey norman also, issue is stand doesn't fully come out as the bracket is mounted internally. I just upgraded graphics card to a RTX-2080 Super 8G OC and I try to run at 4k 60 Herts and the monitor blinks on and off (4k HDMI cable)

I bought this perhaps 6 or 8 months ago. Works great, screen is very clear and bright, multiple source toggle works well. Currently thinking about buying another...great value at this point for 4K. I commonly have the equivalent of four 14" laptop 1080p screens in one screen using the Windows keyboard shortcuts. Works great.

Its been a year almost to the day... and then it has decided to quit on me. I have my type c mac plugged into the monitor via display port then i decided to add in an amazon stick to it. The screen decided to only display on half the screen. Not sure how supported the ports are when multiple are connected. The switching between them is very manual. This can be resolved with an app or driver that will let you switch between the modes (i.e. PIP). The stand is so weak and it shakes if you move the table. The removal of the stand leaves a small protruting nub in the back not very clean looking. It will not raise or move very well. The Image quality is good but still, fo rthe price I would thing that when I stand the colors would not change/shift or become dim. The one button is super lame in my opnion and there are very limited setting for a monitor that for gaming. I do like the different ports they are nice but since I have a type C connection I had to buy a seperate connection. The power adaper is uneccessary... why do you not have the power with one cable and not with a weird power plug that does not fit very welll on the powerstrip. I feel at this price they should incorporate the design of the power transfomer into the monitor. Its very light and feels like you can add more. The setup is nice and neat but over all... I may not purchase one again.

I bought this monitor a month ago on sale. Good price! beautiful picture. Mostly used for gaming. Being a QLED I assumed it had HDR capabilities. Bad assumption on my part. It randomly goes into sleep mode all on it's own. It's happened to me several times during game play or just browsing the internet. Press the power button and it comes right back on. Quite annoying.

This has been the single most annoying monitor that I have bought. It wobbles like crazy. Ive changed desks, changed floors but the wobble on this monitor never ceases. It is worth 50% of its current cost.

I bought this 3 months ago. Looks fantastic. No problem. The only thing I don't like is the way the stand is mounted. You can take off the insert that is on the monitor to go into the stand and it sticks out really far. You can't flat mount it.

I bought this to replace an AOC 2460 HD monitor that died in the 37th month of a 36 month warranty. No help to them, that was a disgusting performance. I bought this Samsung monitor since I have a Samsung TV/Monitor that is about 15 years old and still functions fine. I hope this new monitor does even half as well. I'm not a gamer, but I love the large screen and sharp details. No black pixels, but my vision is not great so I might not see one if it was there. Very Very pleased with the screen, It is excellent for photography with sharp, full colors and lots of resolution. The pix is about a pixel resolution crop of the original. A print of the Charlie's face would be a 4x6 print. Panasonic G85 20mm f1.7 lens. The stand is not rigid. Bumps make it wobble a bit. The cabling is a bit difficult or orient on the back. The instructions, like several Samsung items I've gotten, aren't great. Took awhile to figure out how to program with the single button on the back. Once you figure it out it makes some sense.

As you see most of these reviews with 1 star, take notice of the repeated complaint of needing a firmware update that even when obtained is not efficient in solving the problems. Under two years of this then $450 monitor and I am left with a flickering screen which can't even support a display port to hdmi converter after the most current update. Highly disappointed. Purchase a monitor from another company.

Hello, At first I was a bit skeptical on buying a monitor with a TN display because the colors most of the times didn't pop as much as on the IPS display or didn't have the best viewing angles, but after receiving it and using it, it looks magnificient. The quantom dot display is a pretty big improvement. Having the 1ms response time along with the Freesync for gaming is really nice. It doesn't go higher than 60Hz but the 4K helps you see more detail and for me it looks really good while I am playing PUBG and APEX. The monitor is a perfect mix for content creators and gamers. Ofcourse if you want it specifically for gaming, you are better off with a higher refresh rate monitor. The only issue I encounter with the monitor is the stand. Very wobbly, but that can easily be fixed with a vesa mount.

This monitor is actually pretty good. However its drivers are no where to be found. I recently switched to a different pc and the monitor can only run on 30hz because I couldn't download the driver. I went at talked to the samsung support to try and fix it but all i got was a hold ringtone.

Bought this from a reputable site, refurbished by Samsung. Screen will randomly turn black for 7-10 seconds then come back, so obnoxious...no support found anywhere, find it hard to believe this is a single case occurence...

I am quite disappointed with image quality of this monitor. If you are not sitting straight, display quality extremely degrades. Also the stand is very bad, any slight movement (due to keyboard typing) on the table and whole monitor starts shaking. I am also disappointed in 14 day return window as Samsung wouldn't support returns after that.

colors and brightness on this monitor are superior. Especially, the Black levels with almost no light bleed what so ever and a lot better than most 4K monitors out there on the market. Viewing angles are great. V stand is a little wobbly but barely noticeable when playing games or just typing. But of course, the 4K looks amazing.

This is the 2017 Samsung 28" Monitor. Recently I built a windows 10 Machine and then went on a search for a monitor that performs as good as it looks. I was really impressed by the specs of this monitor so I placed my order. Samsung has always been good to me. The deciding factor for me was the multi-tasking abilities of this monitor. With the PIP feature I Can watch movies, etc, while I'm working. -techfit360

I was skeptical if my PS4 Pro would be able to get 4K options and to my surprise it did. Had to figure out that on HDMI Port was 4K at 60 Hz and the other one was 4K at 30 Hz. The monitor has great detail with every game I've played like Destiny 2 Beta, Mass Affect: Andromeda, Watch Dogs 2. Love the monitor and would recommend to all my friends
