BAD EXPERIENCE! NOT HAPPY!
My screen became black for few minutes, on and off, only few months old, disgusting and disgraceful, after paying for removal of the old one and paying for instalation of the new one, NOT HAPPY!!!!

Faithfully consistent
The persistence of Samsung to produce such great televisions is an example of how they are committed to delivering an always evolving product to a growing market.
I have purchased Sony Bravia, it was nice, but it wasn't the quality, the vibrant color, the sound and longevity that the Samsung televisions provide. I am sold. I have had others in the past as well but Samsung has had me in their grip for 4 televisions and I am here!!! Attention on deck!!!

65" Samsung QLED QEF1 4K
So far I am enjoying my new 65" Samsung TV. It has a great picture and the remote is much better than the Crystal Smart Tizen model.

Samsung set the bar.
I am very happy with this product. It is a part of a 4 Samsung TVs. I've had others but nothing compares to Samsung. I thought if I went bigger from 65"to 75 I would lose clarity. It didn't happen.

Constant Terms updates
The actual Tv is awesome but the constant terms updates Samsung does weekly and makes you accept are EXTREMELY annoying. Thus the 1* review. Get your act together Samsung.

Good and bad
Thr picture is really good. I continue to have an issue with the sound. If I change the channel too quikly the sound starts screeching and the only way to stop it is to turn he TV off for several minutes.

Great hardware, software needs work
The picture quality of this TV is great for its price point. It is also very bright, going from a dark scene to a light scene actually hurst my eyes, that's how bright it can get. Overall, I am very happy with the performance of the TV for streaming, watching movies, and video gaming. That said, the Samsung software is convoluted and complicated. Some apps take too long to load (like Disney+ and YouTube) and navigation requires too many clicks to get where you want to be. Amazing hardware, ok software. I hope Samsung will put some more effort into software and also offer more frequent updates.

Not that bad a TV
This tv replaced an LG tv. It's not bad ...but yhe set up was a chore. The LG had a feature that turned my TV on at the same time every day or 5 days of the week ....and it would turn off 2 hrs later ..this tv actually shuts off every night at a set time. Truthfully I appreciated the LG better.

Solid television with a great picture !
Love the picture on this television and most all things about it except the "reader" for the remote makes you HAVE to point the remote at the far right lower corner of the tv.

TV took a while to learn how to use/navigate. And even now some apps/channels have to constantly be red downloaded.

I really like the tv. The price was right but after a few months of ownership I wish I had bought a better model. The interface between my tv and my av preamp is not the best.

Good features
We have a total of 6 Samsung TVs as a Family. I think picture quality is good, clarity is ok, the ability to alter contrast is fine. Going forward I would like the TVs to listen to voice control to improve the settings.

Great features
The tv is great with vibrant colors. Features are seamless and lots of benefits. Easy to control and menu easy to navigate. TV Stand different position make tv fits on any stand. Hate tv doesn't have fiber optic output, this is the only dissatisfying thing about tv.

Good enough with caveats
TV video/audio quality is good - better than expected for the price. But, the TV OS software is not very good. It's sluggish and sometimes crashes. Also, voice input almost never works.

Samsung 70" Class - DU7200 Series - 4K UHD LED LCD
Love the TV quality and clear picture. Absolutely hate the software that is constantly interrupting my TV view and trying to get me to go to the numerous apps even when just changing a TV channel. If I desire to go to an app, I know where to get access to them. Don't need a software spy trying to constantly trying to get me to navigate to another app. Its increased the number of times i have to hit a remote button to just change channels by 3-4 keystrokes. Also, the new remote with no number pad not user friendly either. Luckily my 2021 remote model works with all the same functionality. Finally, the GUIDE is so huge it only shows 5 lines at a time and the bottom line repeats on every advance page. Thus, only 4 lines of shows per page. And the text is so huge it almost takes up the entire 70" screen. Have not found anyway to reduce it or get more lines. Right not the software is a pain in the butt.....

Samsung remote design team/ Quality issue
Hi Samsung remote design team/ Quality Testing team, However, this TV remote is not good, as the battery cover is coming off frequently. If you don't fix this and pass this feedback to your remote designing team, I will rethink buying a Samsung TV.Usually, I rate every product 5* unless it irritates me; my rating by default is 5*. The TV is okay, not the best.
