Poor Quality+Warranty NOT honored

Bought this because it is the only bluetooth keyboard with built in track pad that is available to consumers. Though it does work with bluetooth computers and tablets, the track pad is poorly designed and does not work well. However, the biggest problem is poor quality of workmanship, that cause it to ship with defective keys that The stated one year Samsung warranty is useless as Samsung refuses to honor it. Their customer service is instructed to tell customers that keyboard problems are damage and not covered by the stated warranty!
