I use my Samsung chromebook for school and to watch Netflix. It has not done me wrong on anything. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to get one. Also thinking of getting one for my 7 year old son

I use Samsung for pretty much all of my electronic life. From my Samsung refrigerator, Chrome book and cell phones. They all work so well together with the data back up and tech support. I really can't think of anything else on the market that compares with Samsung. I'm 100% a committed costumer. Thank you Samsung.

At the time I purchased this, it was the one of largest screen size of chromebooks that I could find. A big plus it was Samsung because I had a phone and a set of ear buds made by them too for easy pairing of all devices. Now I only bought a chromebook because it was only to stream videos most of the time and a few other things. I knew the limitations of chromebooks OS. The only problem I have it sometimes it will fall asleep and no matter what I do to wake it up, the screen will stay off. So I have to force shut off then turn it back on. It doesn't happen to often but it's still annoying.

This device computer actually is very very capable of high-speed capacity on movies as well as any site you want to go to. The thing I like about it is an easy accessibility and the speed oh my God the speed. You can maneuver your way through the internet and still run another function to whereas , your one site and it will easily take you to another site! This product doesn't overheat and you don't have to worry about losing any information.

It's great it's helps with my college school work. The battery is excellent ruined much longer and the outer layer of Chromebook is great grandkids dropped it, spilled stuff on it. Took a licking and kept on ticking. Excellent extra memory and saving features pictures and graphics

first let me start by saying all of my tablets, cell and laptop are samsung. i actually love the brand. they work well and i have no problems with them. now for the bad review. i bought this chromebook july of last year and by april it was no longer working. i bought it for my 8yr old son for school, i had to give him my own laptop to finish the year. it did not even last a whole year. i understand that boys can be rough, but he 's had a samsung tablet for years and it is still alive. now i have a chromebook that won't turn on and i need to buy a new one for this year. this is terrible

after having this for about three months the hinge broke. it doesn't leave my office desk and all i did was close it before going to bed last night. after doing some research i have found this is a common problem. i talked to support but still havn't got an email with a shipping label to send it in. even so, i'm going to be without a computer for 14 days and since i use this to make spreadsheets for work invoices that's really gonna suck because this is my only computer.

it is very hard to get pointer with touchpad to center over i wanted to click on. it also took many more finger swipes to get it close to where i wanted it. returned it 2 days later. samsung was great on quick refund

not an improvement over my windows laptop, mostly because the touch pad keeps locking up. the seller replaced the computer after the first week, but the touch pad issue re-occurred with the replacement. still frustrated after 3 months, now trying to get samsung to honor the warranty. . .

i purchased a chomebook 4 plus 4 (xe350xba) 10 days ago after using it for 4 days for e-school the wifi started to cut out and would drop the signal. when i took it back to best buy they said they could not get them any more and the would do their best to reimage the drive but there was probably something wrong with the hardware.i called samsung and they said cannot help
