Great Chromebook
I bought this Chromebook,and works excellent for my needs,and enjoyment,paid an great price at Best buy only $173.99 ,I was shocked!!sales for $699.99!!!

No complaints
Very light and fast computer. The screen quality is great and the tablet mode is useful for taking notes (with a third-party stylus) on documents without having to print them out. I also like that it uses the same charger as my phone.

Weak hinges
Have had this for a couple years now. I don't use it in tablet mode and hinges are loose. From all I have read it is a common problem. No more Samsung for me

Flicker screen
16 months later the screen start to flicker. Reached out to support team for a couple of times and get kicked around different support team for 1+ hours, the conclusion is that there's nothing they can do.

Best laptop ever for me!
I love this device. Fast to turn on and connect. Responsive. I like this better than my desktop. As a busy gynecologist, I can access my patient charts seamlessly and faster than my desk top. I take it with me everywhere so if delayed anywhere for any reason, I can connect with my hotspot and VPN for security and with ease. I have accidentally dropped it a number of times and it keeps on ticking with only a couple of dings. Now my padded holder helps my baby keeping it safe for someone always on the move.

This product is ok it didn't have a SD slot
I liked the fact that it is compact. However it doesn't have a SD card slot

Simply splendid
I got the chromebook and though i would maybe use it once a week if that. But with having its own service is awesome. I pop it open and am online super fast no matter where i am. It gets a better signal than my current cellphone.

Chromebook
I use my laptop daily for work, photos, documents, stream movies and music. I struggled at first, however with some trial and error practice I have learned to love my chromebook. It is capapble of way more then i comprehend.

Great laptop
I use this everyday for work. It's great at what it does. Also able to keep all my stuff organized and easily transfer thing automatically to my phone so no matter where or what I'm on all my documents and photos are always accessible. Great as a laptop or used as a tablet!

It's fast and has a good battery
I use it to stream movies and shows. The battery life is amazing and once it does die it charges fast

Great laptop
I use this for work when I go to home for review and it works terrific, I recommended for work related stiff but also great for daily task or what you choose to use it for!

It is a wonderful product to do work / easy travel

Slick and Smooth
I truly enjoy the device. It's screaming fast for work and pleasure. Able to remote to my work VM and seamlessly perform my work. And fun time come, gaming and streaming is quick.

Basic not great
I use this for sweepstakes, emails, Facebook, zoom.
A lot of times if my phone can't handle a task I'll open this laptop to do it. It also won't be able to accomplish the task and I'll need to go get my bulky windows laptop out still. A lot of tasks aren't doable on this technology which is really sad.

Great Chrimebook with an elegant design.
Great Chromebook and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The display is excellent and the design of this device is well done. No complaints as ro performance and battery life. For light fompuring it fits the niche it was designed for. Reccomended!

Powerful laptop
This device is very sleek and stylish. Beyond appearance, it's also lightweight and powerful. Battery life is great and performance has no issues. Would highly recommend.

Havent had any issues in 2 years
So I started my Samsung journey 2 years ago. I purchased this to go along with my note20 ultra, and honestly I am glad I did. I havent had any issues with my chromebook 2, I Purchased from Samsung and my only complaint is that I cant get any of my s pens to work with the touch screen. I find the touch screen to be responsive, battery life is good for all day use. I use the chromebook for small tasks on a daily basis.

Please read before buying
At first, this seemed like a fantastic laptop. I am a high school student who needs to have around 15 tabs open. The computer looks great but it is insanely slow to load and work with.
