when i saw how big my monitor was i was amazed i didnt know it was going to be that big you know normally when u see things online u think their small in size but man was i wrong, the quality and the resolution is the best of any kind and personally i thought that the gaming and also the smart hub was an amazing feature personally i think it was the best financial decision i ever made thank you

I first had the older Odyssey G7, I've since upgraded to the new one and I love it! I use it everyday or night I should say when I stream YouTube while I go to bed. It has a voice remote that recognizes commands so I can set my sleep timer and fall asleep while watching. I also play Call of Duty on my Xbox series X and the gaming features are amazing, I still have the Samsung monitor that I used before this but it wasn't 120 HZ and it makes such a huge difference. Saved me from having to buy a smart TV for my bedroom. 10/10

This is super cool! Very beautiful flat screen monitor, easy to set up. It does need to be assembled to the stand, but it's not difficult. The stand is heavy duty metal, but the plastic cover for the back feels kind of cheap not that it matters. The built in speakers quality is great, obviously not a high watt speaker system but still captures bass pretty decently, as well as mids and highs, if you don't want to deal with external speakers it sounds decent.

I placed this monitor in between two other monitors of 27-in size and I'm able to use it for every day use including streaming, gaming, and research. And it is beautiful. The only issue is with Windows. It recognizes the display resolution as a larger screen when putting beside another screen with smaller resolution. Therefore, it is not a seamless transition from screen to screen. 4K to 2K does not line up and it is annoying. I wish Windows would fix this.

After a monitor that was passed down from older PC's died on me recently, I wanted to get an upgrade to something that stood out as a clear improvement without breaking my budget and this monitor was everything I wanted and more. The image quality is extremely clean, fits my office space perfectly and was easy to setup. My job involves remote security, so the improved picture quality was a vast improvement that I had no idea I was lacking prior. With the G7 monitor not only did I step up my performance for work, but leveled up my gaming as well as I have seen noticeable improvement to my gameplay with a faster refresh rate. This is a monitor that hasn't let me down and is on the top of my list for my best purchases of 2025.

This G70D is great gaming monitor. It has usb ports as a hub. The display quality is better than any lcd screens I have used. Only slightly worse than the LG OLED monitor I used. This monitor can also serve as TV since it has Samsung Tizen OS.

The price is what really sold me on the Odyssey G7 so of course I had to buy two. Between playing games and watching videos the quality is definitely there and having two gives me the freedom in multitasking. The install was super easy and simple straight out of the box. My surprise was that it's basically not just a monitor ,but a Smart TV also ,totally a plus in my book. This monitor is perfect for my needs and I know it'll look great in your setup too!

Just like their smart TVs (which technically this is, just without the tuner), their hardware is great, but the software is absolute trash. Do you like to setup your display just perfect and then have all the settings erased just because you switched inputs? Then get this display! Do you love notifications always popping up, even though you tick the box to not show it again? Then this is the display for you! Do you like to use the USB ports on your monitor as a hub, then be constantly berated by warning messages about smart features not working because you're using it that way? Then yup, this is definitely the one for you! Maybe you like to have a Mac and PC connected using HDMI and Display Port? Well this display hates Macs and every so often will detect it as a streaming stick then completely wipe all the saved settings (you will HAVE to use BetterDisplay with this if using a Mac to make it looks its best). Or maybe you want to be constantly pestered about connecting your Samsung Buds to it, even though you tell it to stop asking - yeah thats a great feature thats included! Speaking of features, one of my favorites is when it keeps waking up during sleep, only to give a no signal detected message (because the computers are asleep), and show a 60sec countdown before it turns off....only for it to happen over and over again. Should monitors be smart? Probably not, but theres no going back from that, unfortunately. Multiview is a nice idea, and Id use it if it wasnt for the fact that it drops your resolution from 4k to 1080, even in PiP mode. The RGB light. is a gimmick unless you have a very specific need/desire to have a washed out RGB light ring on the wall behind the monitor. So really, whats the point of all the fancy features? The actual quality of the display is great and very customizable to suit your tastes. (as long as you dont plan on ever switching inputs) This can be a great option for productivity or for gaming and entertainment. The picture is crips, clear and smooth. So if you can ignore all the annoying features then go for it. Personally though, I wish I would have returned it and got something else.

I bought this monitor on recommendation of a friend to play fps games. It was great buy due to the low input lag. It has little or no ghosting effect. I definitely having a better experience playing after purchasing this monitor. The only thing is wish it had more input choices. Color and shadow details are great as well.

Great overall monitor for the price. I was lucky to get this monitor on sale for almost 50% off. The only thing that I have complaints about are the lack of more hdmi ports as well as integrated speakers. But for the price I was able to get good speakers that sounded better. Overall I would recommend for a decent gaming monitor.
