It's a good monitor, if you do get it without dead pixels. Samsung has been a little difficult to get a replacement through. Still in the process of trying to get it replaced or repaired, there hasn't been good contact or direction from Samsung. My friend has had his with 0 complaints and I would honestly like to also be in the same situation. Update: Waited over a week for samsung to pick up and fix the problem with dead pixels. Contacted them again since I had enough and contacted them to return and refund it so I can buy a new one. They have it listed as refunded on the site but now they are now calling me asking to schedule a return pickup, when they have already picked it up. Samsung has made this an unbearable ownership experience. While the monitor might be nice if you ever need to contact samsung at all for product problems, DOA, or support you might as well be out 2k in cash if you buy this.

Network Amazing every day of stream and I feel like I am in the TV it's the best Crystal Clear Ultra 4K TV hour everything in my life I feel like I'll be in the movies when I watch Avatar somehow I feel like I would why when I'm playing my video games I'll go through the clouds finish that my demo play because I feel like I am in the clouds it is something that you have to experience take your time and buy your TV like this and you will probably change your mind

Overall solid monitor despite being pricy, no surprise when there is no competition. Positive notes: Combination of high resolution, pixel density, total size (especially height) and non-burn-in VA pixel type is excellent for work. Multiple HDMI inputs in PBP mode enable my work laptop to treat this as 2x4k@60Hz displays despite its limited output bandwidth. Coding and spreadsheet work are a dream on the display, with enough space to fit the whole alphabet worth of columns and plenty of height for rows/lines. Neutral notes: Curvature no longer distracting after a few weeks, but is necessary to prevent seeing some backlight bleed at oblique angles. The curvature + hefty stand make the monitor take up a lot of desk depth. My 36" deep desk is just about right for a 1 meter viewing distance, any less would be cramped. No technical issues or failures yet after 7 months of use. No idea about longevity but it does seem like HDR and/or high brightness settings would run the display too hot and risk breaking something. Not a big deal, folks looking for HDR would opt for OLED anyway, use this tool for the right job. Negative notes: Unreal price; I got this roughly 50% off through a work discount which felt more like the de facto MSRP. Warranty isn't too expensive but is a hidden cost that should be baked in, especially if a business is buying this as a commercial tool.

Let me start by saying, for decades I advocated for samsung, never had issues primarily but over the last decade, I've seen a steady decline in QA. Firstly with my plasma, back in the day, a permanent black screen killed it. Then my first LCD to follow, the UN55 black screened and I went with an LG Oled. Most of my products have generally been samsung, still have a front load washer/dryer for several years now and they've been good. But now, enter the Oled G9, has a beautiful picture, great response time and low input lag, but its completely defective. Apps don't open, extremely delayed response when trying to open menus, if the open at all. Have to try multiple times or just unplug the monitor a few minutes and try again. I use it for work and gaming so I use the split screen feature when working. Most times it takes several tries to get the feature to come on and split the input signals. Takes multiple tries to get streaming apps to open. 1200$ for a gaming monitor and seriously, I think every day "i should've gone with that LG. Its just out of warranty and I plan to make an attempt to get samsung to replace it based on what I see online its pretty wide spread on this model. But, I won't hold my breath.

During covid many of us were sent to Work From Home. I work with hi-end hardware and software, so I wanted a large display instead of 3 small ones. This was the best thing I could find. I didn't like the stand because of the amount of desktop space it consumed, solved with an aftermarket arm. It still gets 5 stars though. For gaming, I prefer this versus a VR headset. I would buy it again.

This monitor is unreal, and it's perfect. I downsized from three monitors to this one and my room temp dropped several degrees. The clarity and views when playing 4k videos are incredible. Don't think about it; just get it. You will not be disappointed, I promise!!

This monitor is a perfect addition to my home office. Workflow is greatly improved thanks to it's crisp high resolution display and 1000R curvature. Picture is bright, but still easy on the eyes.

It's a beautiful monitor, that I use almost everyday for for nearly 2 years at this point, it works well, the colors are super vivid due to being an oled and almost alll programs and games work with it or there is some work around to make it work , it s great for multi tasking, I do recommend this monitor

I use my monitor primarily for office work, but I game on it regularly as well. Pairing a monitor this size with Microsoft power toys so I can subdivide the monitor into window side sections has made my daily operations much more convenient. And then at night, I switched my KVM to allow my gaming PC to connect and have an absolutely amazing picture. I can't recommend this monitor enough.

While no one really needs a monitor of this size, it is just fun to have and use for either computer work or gaming. I highly suggest it if you have the money and space. It also is able to be mounted with the heavy monitor arm from Secretlab in case you were wondering (it just needs to be adjusted to the tightest setting on the arm).

This monitor served me well. My goal was to have an ultra wide screen that allowed me to multi-task, and I was able to do just that, easily. I could use numerous programs at the same time. I like the intelligent features and software, the remote is useful too. I enjoyed the sound quality and general value. Basically everything was as expected - however you should definitely invest in the right cables as those can create issues if you don't have the right hookup. Also note, not all games are compatible with widescreen.

I use the gaming monitor to play my favorite games especially fps games, it was a little difficult to get used to it because before I use to have a 32 inch monitor but now with time is the best purchase I made in years specially if you ever need to upgrade your pc or console in the future
