Nice size, great performance
I've had my Galaxy S23 for some time now and it is a great Smart Phone. First, there is the size. Big phones don't always fit into pockets, but my S23 does. The battery power is excellent and I've never had it run short of power in a single day - even at Disneyworld. I take a lot of pictures and videos becuase the camera is easy to use and the picture quality is better than almost any other phone. I use it every day and my phone still looks like new.

Great phone
I have been using Samsung Smart phones for about ten years, this phone is a fantastic example of design and engineering. Easy to setup and use. Fast and reliable. I highly recommend Samsung products from the cellphone to the TV and computer.

Good...a few shortcomings
Can not find the voice typing microphone symbol on the key board.
Display can be quite unresponsive.
Has a hard time recognizing my fingerprint or face.
Help is weak.

Galaxy s23
I used to have a galaxy s9 and just bought a s23, I am enjoying it as the camera is alot better. The only functions I do miss is there is no jack to plug in for speakers/headphones and I liked being able to make a phone call from messages and with the s23 you have to back out of messages and go to the phone to call but other than that I am happy with my purchase!

Amazing phone

Never again
I have had to have the phone replaced 2 times because it overheats, won't make or receive phone calls or texts. Verizon and asurion are awesome but this is the worst phone I've had and I take very good care of my phone. Samsung is a great product in general but this is unacceptable as muffin would say.

Not as good as their older models
I hate having to downgrade my phones for the newer models. here's a few pros and cons.
Only pro I can think of is they got rid of the curved screen.
Cons, the wakeup button on my old phone & tablets is on the top right of the unit, on this phone its bottom right, why move it?
New phone no longer supports the Samsung weather app that was absolutely fabulous as well as a couple of other apps that I use.
Texting keypad is also different for the older phone, had to download an upgrade that wasn't as good as the older keypad.
Ringer/text notification on this phone sucks. Can't hear it unless the room is quiet.
Got rid of the LED indicator light letting you know what's going on with the phone, like Charging, charged, text waiting to be read, missed phone call and so on.
I went from the S9 to this phone, but really, I think the S5 is their best model so far.

Charging port problems
I've had this phone for just over a year. All was well with it until a couple of updates ago. After the update, I was getting an error message that there was moisture in the charging port. There isn't any moisture or anything, such as dust, in the port. Luckily, I'm able to charge it on a wireless charger that I had to buy, otherwise I would have to buy a new phone.
I have a friend that had the same problem with his Samsung phone, a different model, but still the same problem. His phone doesn't charge wireless, but his was under warranty and he was able to get a new one.
I wonder if anyone else has been having this problem?!

Too small. In all respects. Not happy that no manual or charger was included. Screens, keyboards, messages....all too small... Come on samsung...talk about Nickle and dime' ing the customer...jeeze.....

Galaxy S23
I bought a new Galaxy S23 less than a month ago and was not pleased with the phone because felt so light and cheap. The whole phone is made out of plastic and doesn't feel durable and steady-state. I prefer my old Galaxy S22 FE instead.

Outstanding phone, fast, smooth, lots of features
The phone has an Amazing processor, everything is smooth and fast, the camera is the best part, clear pictures, even at night, love Dex, can even work without a computer, lots of security features, wireless charging and more ??.
