I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone through Samsung, but I have no buyer's remorse. It saved me money, and the phone helps me use AI and work (I'm in IT). It has plenty of power and is way better than my old Motorola and better quality than previous Samsung phones I've had. I'm very impressed and happy.

I bought this cell phone on my son's recommendation. I have attended numerous concerts and taken photos with this very cell phone. And even some of the photos have been out focus (entirely my fault), the photos were outstanding. Those who see my photos compliment the cell phone for the clarity in the photos. I also use this very cell phone for music & has clear sound, watching movies, two-way radio type communication (with app) and other uses. It is very easy to link up with wireless printers and responds quickly when printing from cell phone. The cell phone is very versatile and I know it has many uses I have not used as yet. I recommend this cell phone for anyone who wants a versatile cell phone.

I bought this phone new and it proved to be a great device. It's still holding up to the newer releases in terms of features and functionality. If I were to point out any drawback, it would be the rounded glass. It's since been corrected with the newer interation of the ultra lineup, but still frustrating in daily use.

I've had this phone about 18 months. I am very satisfied with it. Family and friends tell I need to change to the IOS, but I have been very satisfied with Samsung products for the about the last ten years.

I have owned my s23ultra for almost 2 years, the quality is amazing. The cameras and bar none the best I've ever seen, the battery last pretty much the entire day,, I love the curved edge as I've had the 9+, s22+ now the s23ultra, I am excited for the s25 ultra comes out. I hope that samsung will go back to the curved edge,

I am a woman with small hands and fingers. Yet, no matter how I have taken advantage of keyboard layouts or made adjustments, I get so many mistakes and have to do corrections literally for every few words that I type on the screen. The amount of stray characters and additional letters being inserted, even when I use the space bar between words. And what makes it worse is the terrible suggestions predictive text makes, or the mistakes it inserts! I used to be able to type on any of my BlackBerry keyboards throughout the years so fast with two or more fingers, without virtually ever needing to look at the screen or keyboard, and was able to produce text, long mails and even draft very long documents mistake free 99.9% of the time. The amount of mistakes that come up on my S23 Ultra keyboard is always voluminous and it is frustrating and a time vampire to keep having to reread every 3 or 4 words to make corrections, and then having to reread what I type over and over to ensure the corrections are mistake free. probably made in excess of 100 corrections while typing this. I frigging hate this phone and get so frustrated, but the few phones with real keyboards on the market now are garbage. Plus I failed to mention I get terrible shooting pains and pins and needles in my fingers, hands and shoulders throughout the day, on a daily basis from having to touch this screen to write messages, or use the net. This phone would be awesome with a real keyboard. I really am so disgusted with this phone, but there isn't anything much different out there to resolve these daily anxiety producing issues.

Bought this phone almost a year ago..its horrible..Verizon has exchanged it with a new one 3 times in the last 2 months..still no better..cuts in and out..sounds like I'm in a tin can, drops calls, can't do 3 way calls without everyone sounding in slow -mo.
