I love it and I love the new devices they have come out with. I will continue to be a Samsung user. Because of the reliability. And then new Galaxy AI, it's been great. Loving all the new features and hoping to be able to get a new phone soon. Samsung seems to keep the edge every year and keeps me a customer every year.

Loads very slowly. Sometimes it times out while waiting and the screen goes black. Have not found out how to increase time out. Frustrating. I use this device mainly as an E-Reader. I like Samsung devices. They are reliable, sturdy, and long lasting.

I use both my Galaxy A32 phone and Galaxy A9+ tablet for emails, banking, social platforms, to watch movies, to budget, play games, locate each other AND my home PC. Although each device is separate, they unify and share encrypted data among one another and collaborate information, contacts, notes, pictures, EVERYTHING to make my life easier AND more secure! The tablet is my evening go-to device to unwind after work, send and receive emails, pay bills and socialize. So much memory still left. It cleans itself, manages apps and reminds me when to get up, to tell someone Happy Birthday; even to check my blood pressure. I couldn't be a happier Samsung Galaxy or Android customer.

The set up was super easy. We just started the tablet and the tablet did the rest as we answered questions. The installed apps we generous and some of the most popular. As I search Galaxy AI offers timely suggestions and information. The screen is great for streaming videos and playing games. It is light enough to carry anywhere. Love it!

I use my tablet to take advantage of certain. Softwares for my company, when I'm in the field. So far, so good. It has a very clear picture, very vibrant. It also is pretty fast. It doesn't get clogged up. It works very well when I have to log into quickbooks. When I have to make invoices and I do some data entry on it as well, it surfs the internet. Great.

I use my tablet daily whether it's to watch shows or play games or search the internet. I've been wanting to upgrade my tablet but I just don't have the money to do so right now usually when I upgrade one of my devices I passed down my device to my granddaughter. But I love my tablet it works wonderful I've had it for two almost two years and it still runs as great as it did the first day there's no cracks no breaks I've had it in a case since I bought it my grandkids are from a year old to 10 years old and I play with it all the time.

This tablet is perfect for someone who wants a tablet for the basics like streaming movies, watching YouTube videos, browsing the internet & online shopping & playing games but doesnt want to spend a lot of money. I got it for free for adding a line to my mobile provider and I am extremely happy with it. It does everything I need it to do. I play a game that is very graphic heavy. The game has options to run 24, 30, 60 or unlimited FPS as well as low, medium, high or ultra for the graphics. It can handle 30 fps fine with graphics set to high just fine as long as there arent any other apps open. I got one for my mother too because I was very happy with its performance. My mother did not want a tablet. She said she had no need for one since her phone does everything a tablet can. Now, she doesnt put it down and takes it everywhere she goes. She loves the bigger screen for her games, movies and most of all video calls with my kids when they are away at university. She has even talked some of the ladies in her seniors club to get the same tablet so they can play their online games together. It's a great tablet for the price to do the basics. I highly recommend it. The only drawback is my mother isnt cooking & baking as much as she did before I got her the tablet. I'm withering away to nothing.

This product is only 2 years old and I have not received an update since July. I have the 128 GB version and it should perform better with 8 GB RAM. Overall, it is a great product. This is my 3rd Samsung tablet and they are all low budget. I may jump ship to a 2nd iPad.

This is a great all-around tablet. You can take it anywhere and you can do whatever you need to do. Watch videos, send an email, set tasks, and use Galaxy Ai. The 9A+ is so portable as well makes working at the beach fun.
