The colors on this TV are brilliant as if you are there in person. The remote for the TV is small and provides navigation through the many features of the device. The TV's menus are easy to navigate and allow for all type of video enjoyment.

Its pretty good for the price, but the colors can be inaccurate or look off unless watching directly from the front of the TV and not any other angle.

Only issue I have is that it is too difficult to clean the screen even with the lightest touch and best practices, even a light fingerprint smudge is difficult to clear. It leaves an after mark which takes time to clear. Screen should not be that sensitive or difficult to clean

After adjusting settings per customer support, the powering up is still concerning. It takes 30 seconds for the tv to provide the channel and audio ( it seems to have to go thru a process.) I get the spinning wheel, and then different screens until it settles in properly. This happens every time you power up.

This TV's quality of picture in low light scenes is beyond bad. Movies and some TV shows that have low light scenes are barely visible on this set. To be clear, you can't even make out the people in the scene or anything else in it. I purchased 2 sets for my house and returning both of them. We watch TV in a darker room and thought that the OLED would be best. I guess I was mistaken! I am checking into QLED or may just revert back to using my 10 year old sets that had perfect pictures still. I have always been a Samsung user for my TV's and am very disappointed in this set.

We have been wanting to upgrade for awhile, and boy are we glad we have. The picture looks fantastic no matter where you are in the. We have gone back and watched movies/series we have watched in the past just to enjoy them on the television. You will not be disappointed.

TV has awesome picture quality. The colors are vibrant and really stand out. The settings menu is easy to navigate and the set up was extremely easy. Love that this TV has 4K capability.

Great TV. The picture quality is outstanding. I bought a 65 inch because I didn't have the room for a bigger one. I can just imagine what a bigger screen would look like. It would be phenomenal. I had it installed professionally, but it looked like it was easy. Didn't take no time at all. I purchased it at a great price. I am very Happy with it, so I highly recommend this TV.

The picture of this TV is great. The blacks are very deep and not faded out. The only issue I have is the remote control. The remote is small and does not have backlit buttons. I found it is hard to see the buttons when the lights are low and I have to turn on a light to see it. I have tried to connect to a universal remote (Sofabaton U2) but this TV model is not in their programming library. I tried to get the remotes to "Learn" from each other and this also did not work. I contacted Samsung and asked if they have a universal remote with backlit buttons that will work with this TV and was told they do not. Samsung, please give the programming info to third party universal remote manufacturers so we can use a better remote control.

The TV had a cracked screen out of the box and I had to return it via FedEx. Samsung doesn't replace damaged items and it's refunds only, then reorder. By the time you include shipping, warehouse verification, closing the loan account, and reordering (if it's in stock), it will be mid January before I get my tv. NO CHRISTMAS.

I would just like to say how amazing this tv is. I literally upgraded from a 10 year old first Gen samsung smart tv and oh my god the difference is night an day. Quite literally, the amazing QDOLED display on this tv gives it the most perfect inky blacks I've ever seen! I also just love the 40W sound system, and when paired with my Q-series sound bar I can take advantage of the new Q-Symphony technology and transform my living room into my very own movie theater! I also love gaming, whether it be through the integrated Samung Gaming Hub or through my game console, taking advantage of the 144hz and Freesync Premium that the tv has to offer is just the cherry on top. Never recieved the tv. Samsungs shipping partner lost the tv and canceled the order. Then samsung emailed me saying they are gonna charge me a restocking fee. So I called and they said they will take the fee off. Couple of days later, now they are saying I have to pay the fee in order to get my refund. So im out $67, no tv, and no clue when I'll get refunded. Also had a 10% off code that I used on the order that they won't let me use again or offer another one.

We were looking for a bigger screen TV (replacing 65" Samsung TV) that would work well in a darker room as well as more real estate for viewing. Preet at the Norman, OK, Best Buy is the store rep to talk to. He explained the features of the 83" Samsung S90F, how OLED over QLED would work in our darker setting. He was specific in meeting our needs regarding the type of stand we needed for our setup. He also explained many other features sold us on the Samsung 83" S90F OLED TV. This TV has a crisp, clear picture. Setting up out of the box was very quick and straightforward. The user guide to customize personal settings very user friendly. We also added Samsung - Q-series HW-Q600F ATMOS 3.1.2 Ch Soundbar with Subwoofer, per the recommendation of Preet. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

I've been wondering about upgrading my TV for the last few years. My previous TV purchase was almost 15 years ago, when TVs were starting to come out with HDMI. So, this year I decided that it's time to upgrade. I did a lot of research, watched, and read the expert reviews. I narrowed down my choices to Samsung, LG, and Sony. I am glad I went with Samsung. The S90F 55-inch uses a QD-OLED panel, which is truly a joy to watch TV and play on PS5, and its innovative features are very user-friendly.

Small and easy to use. 3) When setup was completed(unfortunately takes a bit time via Samsung's SmartThing App), I immediately noticed how responsive and fast the operating system is. Very impressed by it. My other OLED TV's, different brand don't even come close. 4) The colors are amazing, sounds is pretty good and ofc, no reflections at all. So Cool. Love it. 5) Tried PS4 and it works so well with this TV. Want to play all the games again. I highly recommend this TV. Based on other brand's 2 OLED's I have, this is the best. If I watch an episode on another, and later continue on this one, the difference is striking, and every time makes me regret watching on the others.

The picture was very good for the first 3 2eeks, then we lost picture and had only sound. Still waiting for Samsung Service. While it worked, we had difficulty navigating the menu to select our default tab, DISH Network. With our 5+ year old Samsung QLED, we were able to go to our DISH input just by turning the TV on. Now, we have to go through several steps to get to DISH when we turn it on. This has been confusing for us and we wish that the TV would be on the last input we had selected before we turned it off.

Picture is actually good the set up when i first got the TV didn't seem to go correctly and its taking forever to figure out volume picture settings etc. I have 4 other Samsung TVs and this one is the most difficult to use

I purchased this TV with high expectations, but it started flickering on the left side of the screen the very first day. The vertical flickering is noticeable and makes it difficult to enjoy the picture. A new TV should not have this kind of issue immediately after setup. I expected a problem-free experience, so this has been very frustrating.

Very good picture and sound. Much more capability than any tv we have previously owned. Major negative is that we have a problem with it turning on whenever you walk by the tv when it is off. Turns on at random times. Have researched on the internet, but so far no satisfaction. Looked on Samsung site and could not find an answer. Started a chat with Samsung support and had to give up as the support person had no idea how to fix the problem. At this point, still trying to find a solution.

Really enjoying the blacks and vibrant colors. Overall a really great TV! Whites could be improved. Stock out of the box with AI turned on, the whites can be glaringly bright. People's teeth have bright edges that at first look like they are wearing braces, and up close look x-ray - like. Would like to see an easily selectable mode for critically watching movies: One that assumes a darkened room and with no unnatural colors or whites. Something like a director would use as a studio monitor for accuracy.
