Here's my review. I'm watching a program and all of a sudden over and over the TV goes into resting mode on its own. It shouldn't do that every few minutes.

The TV is great. Really sharp. On close-up of the news, you can tell that the anchor may be wearing too much make up or is about to need a shave. Never seen anything like that before. Very happy for the most part. However, the lip movement and sound are not often synchronized. I follow the instructions and fix it for a while, then when I change channels, the problem comes back.

We have a lot of windows In our front room and the TV is very easy to see and view we have purchased Samsung televisions most of our adult life a few years ago we switched to a different brand one time and it was just not the same. We just purchased a new 77 inch Samsung television because the colors are so vivid and bright. Samsung is by far the best TV I've ever owned. I will never switch again.

Upgrading from a Sony KD-70X690E to the 77" Samsung S90F is a night-and-day difference. After thorough research, it is the best price-to-performance by far! The QD OLED panel delivers colors that actually feel alive. HDR impact, gaming etc. and it is bright enough for my living room during the day while delivering a cinema feel at night.

This TV is absolutely awesome. It's thinner than my phone-and that's saying something because I have a Samsung Fold 6. Wifey absolutely loves the Alexa feature, especially how easy it is to just talk to it to set a sleep timer or control things hands-free. The interface is clean, modern, and very easy to use. One of my favorite features is how it senses when you walk into the room-it doesn't fully turn on, but displays useful info like the indoor and outdoor temperature, quick news, time, and date. Everything is fully adjustable to your liking, which is a huge plus. And the picture quality? On another level. One night while watching 9-1-1: Nashville, my wife literally said it felt like she was right there in the show ??. As for the price? you're definitely paying for quality, and it's 100% worth it. I love it so much that I already want one for the living room-just bigger. I just need to stack a few more coins first lol.

Works very well with over-the-air signals as well as streaming signals. Response to re.ote is quick though I wish the remote had little protective ears because you have to leave it face down to charge.

Got this in November 2025, very delighted so far, vivid and sharp clear picture, good overall sound, easy to use remote and interface, took a little while to get used to a Samsung operating system, but I finally figured out how to add new apps to the menu. I did go in to adjust the gamma setting to reduce some of the black crush that apparently happens on OLED TV's. Black Crush was too heavy, that I couldn't make out any details in dark backgrounds or on people wearing black clothes, or having black hair, so I got into advanced settings. There should be more easily accessible settings for this black crush issue right from the factory settings. I am using it on Econ mode and still picture is bright enough and yields great viewing angles from all spots in the room.

I highly recommend doing so) After wanting an OLED for so long and coming from a 2019 4k Samsung LED TV, I finally got one and?.wow? it's every bit as phenomenal as I hoped it would be. I did a lot of research before and man it's overwhelming to choose the right tv, although it seems like OLED is at a point where basically no matter what you choose it will at least be at a bassline of great. I went with Samsung because I've just had good experiences with Samsung displays in the past. It also was easy to choose this model as the flagship 95F seemed like a very very small improvement for a much greater price, and it has a matte finish where the 90F is a standard glossy finish. First, this TV gets VERY bright. Even in daytime it can get more than bright enough. My living gets some sunlight from the windows on the right and far left but it doesn't impact the image at all. Although it could just be the higher position of the tv and the direction of sunlight. I imagine if you have sunlight that points directly or almost directly to where the tv would be, then there probably will be some reflection. If there's a celling light directly in front the tv, there will be a reflection naturally as I have tested this myself, but it's no biggie because I always have it off anyway. All to say it looks amazing in daytime. Overall picture quality is just phenomenal. The QD OLED panel is really incredible and makes both dark and light scenes very vivid. I've tested it on games such as Mario kart world and Metroid prime 4, which especially looks breathing taking on this panel. Prime 4 is just meant to be played on an OLED and is a big reason why I got one now. Playing it at night is simply the peak of peak gaming experiences. Finally, I'd like to mention that there's plenty of settings to customize it to your preferences and get the picture you want. I'd recommend playing around with them a lot. Some key ones I'd recommend are "HDR tone mapping" to static, contrast enhancer off (just makes the picture look way worse when on), color booster off, and color space to custom then select bt.2020 and then switch to normal color space. Also, huge PSA for gamers that I'd like to share. The current software for this TV removed HGIG support, which is in game picture expert settings labeled "Game HDR". In order to bring it back you have to download an update that's only available to download on a USB on the Samsung software and manuals website. Once you download it to a usb and connect it to your TV, you'll be able to download version 1130 which brings back "Game HDR". This is very important because without it you won't be able to calibrate your HDR on your system console settings correctly. It's all so very confusing for no reason just to get proper HDR and really is the only compliant I have. Overall just a phenomenal TV.

Very good, clear picture. Has a few quirks, but I really don't know what to do about them. One thing that happens is when you hit the volume button, it talks to you. Someone from the Geek squad helped talk us through this over the phone. Second thing- something about shortcuts just pops up inadvertently, and we cannot get rid of it unless we cut the TV off and then turn it back on.

The TV has been amazing so far. After more than a month of use, my wife and I absolutely love it. During my initial research, I was a bit concerned about the lack of Dolby Vision on the S90F, but that hasn't been an issue at all-the picture quality is stunning, and the OLED display truly shines. We paired it with the HW-SQ700F soundbar and subwoofer, which took the experience to another level. We definitely plan on adding rear speakers for an even more immersive setup. Overall, I highly recommend this television.

Excellent color, even in bright room. Many features, I'm still getting used to the settings. My streaming is instant, using wi-fi My soundboard sounds phenomenal compared to using it with my older year 2013 Samsung TV. No need to buy a new soundbar!

S90F Extremely clear and the speakers are 40w not 20w as the lower grade OLED that Samsung manufacturers. Bright picture from all angles with optimal viewing as well. Hardly any reflection and it is in very bright room. Added sound bar with bracket to keep it off the mantle but the speakers would have done just fine without it. System set up is quick and easy self explanatory. When you call Samsung for trouble shooting or advice you speak to a person not Ai and that's important to most customers. Great TV a little pricy but worth every penny.

I had this tv since the end of December of last year and it will possibly go down as the best tv I have ever owned as far as OLED goes and I have owned alot of them. But QD OLED takes movie watching, regular tv watching and gaming to a whole other level. The picture quality just blows me away to the point that I have had to go back and re-watch all my favorite movies and tv shows. The S90F is just that good. And gaming? Wow! Puts you right in the heart of the action on my PS5. Build quality? Top notch! This tv checks all the boxes in what I wanted and have been looking for in a tv. I never believed in QD OLED in the past. Now I cant go back to anything else. In the S90F Samsung made a one of a kind OLED tv and I couldnt be a more proud owner. This folks is QD OLED at it's very best and I can highly recommend it if you are a serious movie watcher, gamer and tv series lover. It will take that experience to a whole other level.

We decided to leave , get some lunch, we decided to go back to best buy and get the OLED S90F. The best decision ever, great for watching movies and sporting events. I reviewed third-party TV ratings, which are a great starting point; however, I feel your eyes should be the determining factor when purchasing a new TV, so I visited my local BestBuy and compared Sonys, Samsungs, and TCLs. In my opinion, the Sony Bravia 8 II has one of the best pictures on the market, but curiously, the screen sizes are only available in 55" and 65", and it comes at a steep price (I was able to purchase a 77" S90F for less than the price of a 65" Bravia 8 II). The Samsung S90F has an AMAZING picture that is brighter than the Bravia 8 II, which is an important factor if you want an OLED in a bright room. The upscaling is superior, and this was a factor I did not consider when I purchased my new TV (some TVs do not handle lower quality images well, and the picture quality can suffer greatly). In-store, I didn't notice a big difference in picture quality between the S95F, S90F, S85F; however, the S90 Series is considerably brighter than the S80 Series. Gaming is great on the TV and there is little to no lag when switching between devices. With limited interaction, the Google interface feels speedy; however, we use an Apple TV. Lastly, I was able to purchase a 77" S90F for less than the price of a 65" Bravia 8 II (around Black Friday). The TV stand is ABYSMAL!!! To install the stand, I had to lay the TV screen on a soft surface, hoping I would not break or scratch the screen (shout out to Sony, which allows stand installation while the TV is still in the packaging). The TV stand is made of cheap plastic, attaching to the TV via plastic posts, and is ultimately held in place by the weight of the TV (NO SCREWS). Additionally, the plastic TV stand did not easily secure to the TV, requiring some finagling, in hopes of properly securing it. I still worry that my new TV will come crashing down in the middle of the night. Ultimately, this is not the quality or ingenuity I would expect from a premium Samsung product. A few other things to consider about the TV stand: it is centered in the middle of the TV, and it does not have a height adjustment (Sony), so depending on your setup, this could interfere with your soundbar placement (I personally prefer TV stands on each end of the TV to accommodate soundbars). Lastly, I find the remote small, cheap, and lacking functionality; however, it does have a solar panel on the back to keep the battery charged. Possibly due to my age, I greatly appreciate larger remotes that are backlit with several button functions (Example: TCL QM7K remote), and I would expect an intuitive and functional remote on a premium Samsung TV. Pros: - Amazing picture (Great for movies, sports, & gaming) - Very bright for an OLED - Superior upscaling - Pretty good value for a large (77") premium TV Negatives: - ATROCIOUS TV Stand - Small Remote with Minimal Functionality - Remote is not backlit Overall, I am extremely pleased with the picture quality of the S90F and feel it offered a good value at this price point. Additionally, my issues may not translate to most uses, especially if you are mounting the TV and plan on using a different remote. I give this TV a 5.0 for picture quality and responsiveness; 0.0 for the TV stand construction and installation; and 1.0 for remote quality and ingenuity. Hopefully, in the future, Samsung will pay closer attention to the smaller details that would give their products a premium look and feel, specifically, the TV stand quality and installation.

I purchased a 77" tv model FAFXZA 4K OLED. I am not getting the same resolution at home as compared to what I saw in the store.Tried adjusting the brightness and contrast but didn't observe much change. I do have Dish network box hooked up to the tv. I looked for ways to download Dish network app so that I could compare output from the Dish box with streaming but the option doesn't exist to download the app.

Great image quality. Console gaming is great on it. Streaming is as good as the quality of the streaming service. Samsung's software is a mess and the minimalist tv control is too limiting. It takes way too much effort to change between inputs - with my replaced tv it was just a single button on the remote. TV sometimes refuses to turn off. Sports are difficult to watch due to the motion blurring. Much worse than my replaced tv. I've played around with settings but can't find a fix for it.
