Started to fail after 2 years. Used as a primary monitor, and it was "OK" for a while. Large amounts of VA smudging wasn't an issue for me since I didn't use it as a gaming monitor. But it would lock up and stop working when switching inputs, or when waking from sleep, needing a manual reset every time. Now it started to dim a lot, literally a month after warranty. Turns out, backlight is dying. Never buying a Samsung monitor again, sticking with LG.

Purchased for work, used in IT environment. Generally ok image quality, but huge flaw: backlight bleedthrough is very inconsistent top to bottom. It acts like the old TN screens, but vertically. For example, if you have an image displayed full screen, the top of the image is dark, and the bottom is significantly lighter. It does not matter what angle you tilt the monitor. For office workers, this may not be a big issue. For my IT work, I will live with it. But for graphic design, or any other work that requires even basic "decent image" quality, this is a no-go. Sync is limited to 60 Hz, so if you drag images that have lines close to each other, they will flicker really bad. Would absolutely not recommend for any type of graphic design. For general office work, maybe.

This is a nice monitor for the price, but do not believe the auto switch ability. I have two PCs connected to it, one on HDMI and one with DisplayPort. I have enabled auto switch in the OSD and it fails to switch. You physically have to disconnect and reconnect the cable. The 24" Lenovo I had prior to this one did this perfectly. The HDR10 on this monitor is way off. I had to disable it on the PC because everything was WAY too dark.

My unit is defective. The power supply cuts out after a buzzing sound can be heard from the monitor. I've texted with 5 different customer support individuals and only 2 offered advice to try to solve, the other 3 dropped the line as soon as I replied to their message to describe the issue. This is my first Samsung product in a long time and will likely be my last for another long time.

I have mostly used it for work and home entertainment purposes. Easy to setup and good sound and picture clarity. It should have display port as well. Not many laptops/computers have thunderbolt connectivity

I use this monitor every day for work. So far I have not had any issues. Setup was very easy no complaints. I was able to change the settings using the monitor buttons with easy. I brought three of these monitors. One thing I really like is that fact I can connect my s22 ultra phone and experience Dex which is a great experience. The display is really clear. I will say that I stare at this monitor for a good part b of the so i have the eye saver mode settings turned up to the max and have noticed that it makes it easy to look at this monitor for extended time.

I've purchased a total of four of these monitors (dual monitors for both of my desks) and couldn't be happier with them. These are my daily drivers for work, creativity/photo/video production and even gaming (keep in mind these are 60hz/fps max though). The 4k resolution with HDR provides a great picture on these panels but the device compatibility (USB-C with PD/ThunderBolt3) is what made me decide to purchase a second set of them. I'm able to use them with my Windows PC and my MacBooks, and can easily switch between my machines by tapping an onboard key to change the monitor's input source. These aren't short on other useful inputs either, along with USB-C/TB3, there's an HDMI port (can be set to 1.4 or 2.0) and a Display Port (can be set to 1.1 or 1.2). The HDMI and Display Port version settings are adjustable through the monitor's built in menu. On the back of the monitor in the top left area there are 3 USB ports (2 USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0) along with a 3.5mm audio out port which you can use your wired headphones or speakers with. I've owned mine since September of 2021 and with daily use they have not given me any issues to date. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good quality 4k HDR picture that provides pretty accurate colors or those who have devices that can take advantage of their versatility with USB-C/TB3 (the 3 USB ports on the back function downstream through this connection; essentially serving as an on board USB hub). Would buy again.

Got two different units from the procurement team at my job, both of which were new (never opened) and had dead pixels. We settled on keeping the second (with a discount), but I cannot believe Samsung does not have a better quality control process.

i ordered this monitor over a month ago, i just received it a few days ago. how exciting it was to open this up and get it all ready to go, this monitor is beautiful. the design is nothing short of how samsung builds its tech. spec wise, it has everything you would need to be a content creator. hdr + 10, 4k uhd, very slim bezels, mega dcr, this was going to be my premiere monitor for creating. i just loved the fact that there was no annoying power break, this was worth one star! the beautiful design, worth another star, but that's where it stops for me. i don't know if i had a defective unite, but the screens brightness was awful. its colors where so dem, i had a challenging time adjusting to this picture, i found myself loseing the vision of what i was creating while working.
