Used to love my phone. However, since the last update I feel frustrated. A little thing like the way the time is displayer on the first screen. Not left to right; now it reads up and down. How do I change that? A big thing that is not acceptable at all. When I swipe down to access things like airplane mode and others; nothing happens; just "no notifications". How do I fix that?

I will use my phone less because I don't like the recent updated icons / screen look.

I bought this "Smartphone S23+" 14 months ago from T-Mobile and have been quite happy with it until yesterday when the phone just "playing" dead and won't recharge. I brought it to Samsung authorized service center to have them check the phone, test the battery and other potential issue. No sign of any physical damage to the phone. The verdict that it is likely due to defective motherboard. Now I'm stuck with this nice-looking phone but completely dead and worst still owed T-Mobile to pay for another 8-month worth of installments for a practically unusable phone. I've been using Samsung smartphone for decades and have never been so disappointed with this latest failure of S23+ product. Absolutely unacceptable. Samsung must stop manufacturing and selling such rubbish!!!

I cracked the screen to my S21+ and had to replace it with an S23+. I might as well have kept my S21+ since it's functionally the same as this S23, I wouldn't mind the visibility loss with the crack since it at least functions. My wife was completely stranded at a grocery store for 20 minutes because my S23+ constantly bugs out and loses the ability to call/ recieve calls at random! I thought by now this would be fixed by an "update", but every update I receive just installs MULTIPLE unwanted games. I also can't listen to music on an aux cord for too long because it keeps cutting out completely, and I have to unplug/ plug back in the aux in order to get it to play music again, which I can't do while driving. Idk how much of this review is due to Verizon, you should check with them, but regardless I'm surprised there was a Galaxy S22 since this phone is completely identical to the S21. Bad phone, I can't believe y'all really charge a whole band for this. You guys are funny.

I purchased this S23+ about 2 months ago. I got it as a replacement for an S23 Ultra that drowned. I was disappointed that the S23+ didn't cone with a stylus, but not enough to pay the additional cost for the S23 Ultra. So far, thrbohone has stand great. I haven't noticed much difference other than that. I'm using a VPN for the first time, so everything "feels" slow. I am still able to keep far too many apps open without major issues. Sound quality is good for the rare voice call. It has all the features you would expect on a Samsung S series phone. And wwhile the face recognition still rarely works for me, the fingerprint scanner seems to have improved noticeably... Battery life is pretty good and only requires charging every 2nd day

I had a Samsung 12E and switched to the 23+ and I hate it. I switched for the camera features and it wasn't worth the money to switch. all the features on the 12E were much easier to navigate ,save and file than the new 23+. wish I had my money back and a new 12E again.....when I come across an issue with the 23+ and I go to T-Mobile store for help , no one knows anything about it .

I bought this as my second phone and to replace an S22+. This phone is much better than the S22. I use it for navigation, to plug into my head unit. It has great call quality and a crisp display. It is also fast and works well for my navigation.

Purchased about 2 weeks ago and I have buyers remorse . I'm not happy about my purchase really wish I woulda waited and just kept my a52s 5g for another year . I was way more excited when I bought that phone unlike this time. It stalls not fast at all and the video streaming quality is worse than my previous phone .I was expecting so much more and feel totally let down.

I have had my phone for almost a year and I have never had an issue with it. Today I dropped my phone in the bottom of a 5 ft deep pool and didn't get it pulled out for a couple of minutes ?? I was scared to death it was gone for good. I pulled out the phone, it was still on and I pushed play to start the patio music again! ???????????????? Charged right up after the port dried and I am extremely happy. WAY TO GO SAMSUNG!!!

Small incremental upgrade from S20fe 5G. Wouldn't do it again as there isn't enough performance improvements for the price. Camera takes nosey pics. I use Camera Assistant to soften the pics which reduces details and noise - grain. Was expecting significant improvement by switching from an optical to an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. No improvement and I haven't put a temperes glass screen protector on the S23+ yet. Nice size and light phone. Fast and decent display. Overall nice package but not worth a $1000.

I really like this phone. It's big, but not too big. Fast, beautiful screen and good battery. Has all the bells and whistles. Very good cameras.

I have my S23+ for several weeks. I love almost everything about it. The camera takes very sharp photos. I no longer have any need to use my point and shoot camera. Stores lots of photos and music. The sound quality is better than my previous s10. Wireless works better than my previous phone. The only thing I don't like about it is there is no input headphone jack. You must use wireless headphones which I find give inferior performance.

I love the galaxy cell phones. I bought the S8 + than S10 + they both were great. The S23+ is awesome. I recommend this phone. I will always buy Samsung cell phone especially. The S series love it. I will upgrade to S 25 + when they are available for purchase next years.

This phone storage has been amazing all the apps I enjoy playing with and learning about it has been able to hold the amount I needed and then some. I can tell you right now my phone is my life and the picture quality is very good. I recently took a picture of the blue moon we had.
