When it works its great

The initial model I received out of the box had a defect the prevented the keyboard and mouse inputs to broadcast. However after a pleasant interaction with the support team, and a RMA later the replacement model arrived. The new model works great, the KVM hot key menu provided is very responsive, I like the ability to set passwords on certain channels, and there is a nice range of resolution configuration. I am not utilizing any additional modules just the base 16 channels so I'm not sure how that feature handles but for a small scale use case I like the ease of use!

2 Port Professional USB KVM Switch Kit with Cables

I have 2 units that have been in use for over 2 years with no problems. The operators prefer this model because the cables come out of the back. Works great with wireless KB & mouse.
