cannot go wrong with the I350 chipsets. I've worked with the Realtek driver versions and nothing but problems.

Enhance your network capabilities with the ST4000PEXPSE 4-Port Gigabit Power over Ethernet (PoE) PCIe Network Card. This high-quality and reliable network card allows you to add four Gigabit PoE ports through a single PCI Express slot, streamlining your network setup and reducing cable clutter.
Each of the four ports can deliver up to 25.5W of power, seamlessly combining network data and power over a single Ethernet cable. This efficient system simplifies the setup of remote PoE devices, eliminating the need for separate power sources and data connections. This is particularly beneficial for devices such as IP cameras, IP phones, or wireless access points.
Fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3at (Type 1 & 2) Power over Ethernet standards, this advanced network card can deliver up to 48V DC power to compliant Powered Devices (PD). It features four 10/100/1000 Mbps compatible PoE RJ45 ports and supports Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) with up to 48V, 25.5 Watts max. output per port.
The ST4000PEXPSE 4-Port PoE NIC also includes a built-in SATA and LP4 Molex power connector, and supports up to 9K Jumbo Frame. It also offers Wake-on-LAN (Remote Wake-up) support and supports Pair Swap, Polarity, and Skew Correction.
Ideal for any standard profile PCIe-enabled client, server, or workstation, this durable PoE network card supports advanced features such as Jumbo Frames (up to 9KB), VLAN tagging, and Wake on LAN (WoL). This allows you to optimize network traffic and position your network devices where power outlets aren't available, with 25.5 Watts per-port PoE output.
By utilizing existing standard Cat5 (or better) Ethernet cabling to deliver power and data, this network card helps reduce expenses and enables remote installation of touchscreens or information kiosks. It's also perfect for creating a host computer for networked security cameras situated in remote areas, or installing PoE-powered Wireless Access Points (WAP) or repeaters in industrial, warehousing, or business environments.
