I traded out the pick n pluck foam a couple of weeks ago. It was my second set of foam, repeated grabbing of my equipment would lead to the foam coming apart where I did not want it to (sooner or later) I was holding these parts together with glue here or toothpicks there. Finally decided to try the devider set and have found it superior in every way. I was actually able to fit MORE equipment more snuggly than I was able to with the pick n pluck. It is well designed for customization. Time will tell but I think this set will also wear a lot better than the foam. It was easy to customize the compartments and all items are very snug.

Though Hardigg's multi-layer cubed polyurethane foam is available standard on all Storm Cases, there are times when added customization and flexibility may be necessary.
Padded polyethylene divider sets provide extra security, and are perfect for creating custom compartments within a standard Storm Case keeping your delicate equipment safe, separate, and stable.
These sets are ideal for transporting cameras and lenses, medical equipment, fishing reels and lures any gear that needs padded protection and benefits from organized compartments.
The key to the divider sets is their flexibility: Sturdy hook-and-loop fasteners make adding or removing dividers easy, allowing you to rearrange compartments at will giving you unlimited layout options. For cases with wheels, padded wheel well covers let you take advantage of all available space.
Divider sections are covered in a water-resistant, PVC-coated nylon fabric, and can be configured and reconfigured to meet your exact (if changing) needs.
A host of other features including extra-thick padding on the base and outer walls, polyethylene wall stiffeners below large partitions, and convoluted foam for case lids ensure that these divider sets provide the ultimate in custom-cushioned protection.
