The Pelican IM3300 is a great case, latches are easy to use, but stay closed. I have seen comments that there isn't metal around the padlock eyes, but they are going to take the whole case before they cut the lock out, I'm pretty sure. This is the second IM case that I have, the first in a different size is beat around a lot and everything in it stays put and protected and the outside has just some minor scratches. I have no complaints. Also, I looked a long time and Adorama had the best price, I will make sure I always look here too.

I just finished carving the foam and was able to fit 1 AR with 6 mags, 1 tactical shotgun and 1 pistol with 3 mags.

latches on all storm cases are solid, postive engagement and compress the o-ring seal well. case material is solid and even on the longer thinner cases flexing is imperceptible. foam is high quality even for heavy delicate items

It is a good case. I have also Pelican 1750. One thing I noticed rightaway, the material iM3300 is constructed from is quite different then Pelican 1750. It is more feel like a plastic. And, iM3300 is not crushproof, whereas 1750 is crushproff. Other than it is same as 1750. Although 1750 feels like more rugged and gives you more confidence in case of accident. For heavy or high end rifles like high caliber rifles, I would go with 1750, but light or small caliber rifles I would go with iM3300. And iM3300 is much lighter than 1750.

Best case available. I prefer the latches on the Pelican, but the build quality and design of the iM are better. The iM3300 is more rigid than the Pelican version and stacks nicely. This is my 4th one. No better place for price or delivery than Adorama. Free shipping too.

I bought this case based on what I've read about it. It is as described. Well made, heavy duty, would be able to take alot of abuse and keep the goodies inside protected. I especially liked the 6 snap latches that keep it sealed up. This case is heavy, but that is what makes it heavy duty. Spend your money, get this one.

Strongest case available for that price point. Extra latches vs. the original case. Well made construction. Just wish the replacement foam was cheaper.

Flew to Canada for a deer hunt and packed my rifle, binoculars, and other gear in this case for the commercial flight. Everything arrived in absolute perfect condition, hadn't moved an inch! This case is WELL worth the cost and if I ever need a different size or an additional case, I will not think twice about buying the exact same brand and series!!! Cannot be beat!
