Easy plug and play up and running in no time. Time constraints' are a little more difficult. Still waiting to setup recording parameters.

Had a difficult time setting up Web interface, Multi Site software and mobile view app. No instructions for port forwarding. Had to guess on correct protocols to use UDP/TCP. The default username and password given int he manual did not work for the web interface. The software installed but was difficult to figure out how to add a site. Turns out it's a little itty bitty button that has no text next to it. Its not the OBVIOUS "set up" button. No instructions for DDNS set up on the mobile apps. The iOS is more difficult to set up than the Android but I eventually got them both working. Web interface will not work with he Chrome Browser. I could only get it to work with FireFox and IE. Whole process took over 3 hours to figure out, guess, and play with setting before everything was up and running. WAY TOO LONG. With all that, it's still the best and most functional DVR in it's price class and I would recommend over others that I've installed in the past. No need to shop around in this price range. Get this one from Speco and power through all the guess work on the setup and you will be happy in the end.
