The 25u rack is amazing. Going on 4 years and have had no issues with fitment or and sizing problems when adding equipment. It supports all the network gear and a heavy ups without any issue. The one problem are the casters. With rarely moving the rack, just about once a year to add a new Ethernet run through the back, the ball bearings in the casters just pop out. I check on the equipment and I see some ball bearings on the floor for no reason.

Many racks intended for home use are flimsy and look like they won't hold more than some net or a/v equipment. Not this rack, I use it for 4U server and it won't budge. No complaints so far. It's flexible and robust and looks great as well. Not that it matters to most, but the included tools are actually high quality. I've never seen this before for single-use tools included with furniture for example.

This rack is great for a small setup. With 12U available, there is space for several servers, switches, or even a shelf. In my rack, I'm only going to have a NAS, router, and small shelf which leaves room for expansion. The adjustability of the rack depth make expansion easy. I can start with shallow depth items and upgrade later. I've even put a piece of plywood on top and used it to hold a printer. The instructions were clear and made assembly easy. The rack is sturdy and well built. I do wish the feet on the levelling feet were a little larger but it's not a deal breaker.

I bought this for my home lab. I live in an apartment and the height + caster wheels seem to be perfect. Very easy to move around on the carpet. The box looked damaged when it arrived but the packaging was solid so nothing was actually impacted.

I bought this to house my home lab equipment. I like the 25 U height because its plenty of space and yet no so tall that it obstructs anything. The rack parts are very sturdy and the powder coat finish is very well done. Everything, including the casters is heavy duty. My only complaint is that the assembly directions are not very good. In spite of that its pretty easy to put together.

I bought 6 of these based on their mobility and flexibility with the various shelving options All is good, except I do not care for the supplied casters. Like moving a Brocken shopping cart! I will shop for new caster options. Otherwise would have been a 5

We bought a few of these to go in our meeting rooms and they are perfect for the job. They keep all the equipment inside cool and is very quiet doing it. As well, having the locks on the front and back is great to make sure the equipment stays secured when not being used.

I purchased this rack for a new customer who had a small data closet built. The rack with Casters works perfectly. we were able to mount the Blade Server, UPS, patch panels and phone system with ease. Everything rolls out nicely for maintenance activities.

The rack is very sturdy and stable. It is made from mild steel that is drill-able if you need to add some extra mounting holes on the sides. The casters are soft enough plastic that they will not hurt the floor. The wheel brakes are a nice touch. It would be better if the rack mounting surfaces were 3" apart instead of 2.5" apart so they could support combo (back-to-back) shelving.
