The specs about charging speak for themselves. The real killer feature in my opinion is that the usb unit is powered by a separate 12v adapter, meaning that you can power it *from a car cigarette lighter*. Great for family trips. A real pity the cable is not included... making one is not difficult though :-)
Full power ports!
finally something that charges all my stuff. it took forever to find this kind of thing. im using 5 of 6 ports. i could even use another 1a but that's ok, i've a single charger. its ridiculous that they even sell single chargers but that's all you can find. or you get a 7 port charging station and find out its just straight usb with what? a quarter of an amp or the amps are distributed? thankfully i found this
