I have used this USB to DisplayPort dongle for several weeks without any issues. I have used it on many different laptops and tablets and it always works well. The USB dongle is about one foot long in total and comes in a box the size that most network cards come in. It is made of plastic with a flexible cable, sturdy USB/DisplayPort connectors and the DisplayPort end has a shiny finish which makes it look very nice. The entire dongle is very slim and well made. When you connect to a Windows 10 computer the device installs automatically without any need to provide drivers or login as an administrator. From the time of first connection to the time when the display is working was less than 30 seconds on most computers I tested, while subsequent connections were working in less than 5 seconds. On laptops with only two outputs on the docking station, I was able to use a third with this adaptor as it essentially is it's own video card. This dongle provided no visible lag as everything worked very fast and smoothly. I am considering putting these in the work boardrooms instead of a bunch of different adaptors for many different laptop outputs. So far I have not had any problems with this dongle and it works every time nice and quickly. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.

First and foremost, note the little slip of paper in the box reminding about the latest drivers. Doing so will save much headache! Download and install the drivers, then connect the device up and it works just fine (Win10 on a Dell Precision Workstation). Only thing keeping it from 5-stars (to me) is that I noticed a bit of delay--not gaming with it, so don't know...--but it is fine for things like having an extra 1080p monitor on the side for code/chat/browsing/reading, etc. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.
