Good Quality Product deserved a review.

Have had this specific one for YEARS now, At least 4 years maybe going on 6. On the rare seemingly random occasions it is needed. It proves to come in very handy. Often its because i cant or want to avoid get behind a system to get at the graphics port. Quality is awesome; time as proven that. The extra USB 3.0 port allows for a thumb drive dedicated to this device. Being USB 3.0 it is still fast and relevant for some high speed temp storage. (The driver has not been integrated into Windows 10 so that little drive with the drivers found on this site has been vital many many times over when there is no internet available.) Good product. Expensive but quality and deserved a good review.

The StarTech USB32DVIEH USB 3.0 to DVI Adapter turns an available USB 3.0 port into a DVI output port with high resolution 1920x1200 video support. The adapter features built-in USB 3.0 pass-through, which offers a connection port in place of the USB port used for connecting the DVI adapter - an ideal workaround for Ultrabook or laptop users where only a limited number of USB ports are available. The USB to DVI adapter functions as an external graphics card, providing a convenient way to add multi-monitor capability to a USB 3.0-enabled desktop or laptop computer (optimal performance from USB 3.0, backward compatible with USB 2.0). The included DVI to VGA adapter also allows you to use this device with a VGA display.
