Works fine

Bought it for the monopod functionality as a few places I frequent don't allow tripods. Works fine as both a tri & mono pod. I use it both for telephoto & close-up (w/ extension tubes) work with a 55-300mm Nikon lens & D5200 camera. No problems so far. Only con I have is it doesn't come with a 1/4-20 threaded piece on the bottom of the center tube for low angle shots.

Great T/M for Enthusiast

Great product for those in search of a tripod/monopod combo. Sturdy construction and inexpensive. Purchasing number two today for my father.

plastic head

the tripod itself and the monopod portion were great. its heavy durable and stable. only concern is the plastic 3 way pan head and the plastic quick release plate. i own a dslr with a battery grip and a zoom lens and just by looking at the QR plate, im having doubts if it could really stand up to the advertised 6.6 lbs capacity.
