The unit works well and is an inexpensive first strobe for a majority of point and shoot digital cameras. It works equally well in or out of water. The documentation is very poor and there is no instruction on the effects of changing the power settings with the built-in dial. It is a slave only flash(no sync cord)and works with preflash or single flash cameras.
