Its low center of gravity design accommodates equipment with a high center of gravity, such as 6x6 and 6x7 medium format cameras, ensuring they can be leveled easily and securely. The LB-68R stands out with its ultra-high load capacity, thanks to its hemisphere design that maximizes contact area with the base. This design feature allows it to support heavier equipment compared to other leveling bases or ball heads, making it suitable for panoramic heads and heavy-duty video rigs. Experience smooth operation with the LB-68R, which is elaborately CNC machined for a perfect fit between the hemispherical base and seat. The application of professional damping lubricant ensures the head moves easily and smoothly for optimal control. The LB-68R also boasts high locking strength, with a full wrap locking ring that increases torque for easy locking. Unlike traditional single point locking systems, the LB-68R locks all around at 360 degrees, providing even, strong, and lasting locking force. The top panning base offers 360 degrees of panning, while the base allows for 15 degrees of tilting in all directions, effectively preventing accidental dropping of heavy equipment during leveling. Leveling is made easy with the external bubble level built for easy reading.
