If you want to start in the business try this one first If so then buy the expensive one

Very good to start

I haven't had time to go out and shoot with this yet, but in setting it up I noticed a problem right away.  I have a Nikon D5600 which is a very small DSLR and it will not adjust to center side to side L/R when mounted in landscape.  I did make sure to position the L bracket so that it is on the shorter side of the camera.  I am able to adjust the camera forward and back but since the lens is offset about a half inch L/R it's totally useless for panoramas in landscape.  I am able to mount this in portrait and make all the adjustments with no problems at all.  I am looking forward to a nice day where I can get out and try this during the day and at night. 

fyi;  I don't blame Adorama for this as I believe the manufacture provides all the descriptions and compatability specs to them.  Somewhere in SunwayFoto's specs it should mention what cameras can be mounted both in Landscape and Portrait settings.  And if I am setting this up wrong then thats a great reason why they should include instruction of which there were none.

I am only giving 3 stars since I can only use it in with the camera mounted Portrait.  I will recommend it as it is very solid and still very usable in Portrait.

Portrait Mounting Only?

What I like about this product is :

1) The cost is small versus the large benefit it gives to a mirrorless camera in regards to panoramic capabilities.
2) The clamp that's part of the vertical arm is arca-compatible so I can freely use my Sony a6000 on an L-bracket.
3) The vertical arm is tall enough for my Sony E-mount 24mm f/1.8 ZA Lens (SEL24F18Z) to achieve focus to find the center point. I found the center point by putting the camera on center focus and with the camera mounted to the panoramic head, I point it down towards the nut that is the center of the panning base.

Now the disavantage that really negates one of the main benefit of a panoramic head.

1) The horizontal arm is not leveled and cannot be leveled !
2) Using my own level, I made sure the arm is leveled at 0 degrees of rotation. Look at how messed up the bubble level on the arm is. Now if i rotate the arm 180 degrees, the arm is completely off leveled again!
3) Even if a photographer must bring along a level, one will never be able to pan along the horizon perfectly.
