SunwayFoto DPL-04R Universal L-Type Quick-Release Plate for Nikon D700, D7000, D90, D3100 Cameras

The SunwayFoto DPL-04R Universal L-Type Quick-Release Plate is an Arca-Swiss compatible camera plate machined from aircraft-grade aluminum. It has a wide 50mm base for increased stability, and a strap mounting hole for a neck or wrist strap to make carrying the camera with the QR plate attached easy and comfortable. An L-type QR plate can maximize the stability and efficiency of using a ballhead when changing from horizontal to vertical orientation, eliminating major positioning shifts. This QR plate has multi-screw mounting holes that allow you to adjust the mounting position in the range of 1.57-2.99" (4.0-7.6 cm) from the screw hole to the side of the QR plate.

This is a plate that is compatible with a wide range of traditional and digital SLR cameras. This plate will not fit on a camera with a battery grip or a rotating display screen (such as the Panasonic G1). It also may prevent the battery compartment from being opened on the bottom of some cameras.
