Good product

Nice, lightweight leveling head with +/- 15 degrees movement. Enough for my horizontal-only pictures taking, while saving on bulk and weight of similarly rated ball heads. Makes good temporary replacement for my Novoflex leveling head stuck behind the virus wall in Europe. 66i does not have as smooth movement across its range, does not lock and unlock as quickly, but costs less than ¼. I only wish the bubble level was removable. First, I do no need it. Second, it causes unnecessary problems with installing different QR clamps. Discal model 64L is the best choice for this head. It has the same diameter as 66i and the long knob handle clears the bubble level protrusion during installation/ uninstallation.

The SunwayFoto DYH-66i Leveling Base features a 2.59" diameter base that supports medium format 6x6 and 6x7 still cameras. The base features an offset bubble level to keep your horizons straight. The DYH-66i has a 1/4"-20 screw at the top and 3/8"-16 mounting hole at the bottom, for direct attachment to many tripods. Completely constructed of metal (including the control lever), the leveling base weighs just 10.22 oz.
