Friction Adjustment
To set the friction, either remove your camera or hold it in place.
1. Loosen the main locking knob(using your thumb or friction tool FT-01 by turning anti-clockwise
2. Tighten the main locking knob to your preferred amount of resistance
3. Turn the friction knob with your thumb or friction tool FT-01 clockwise until it stops

Caution
When there is a camera loaded on the ballhead and the main knob is loosened up, DO NOT loosen the friction knob at the same time, otherwise the ballhead will drop all of a sudden and may cause damage to the camera.
