missing quick release plate

Does anyone know where I can find another quick release plate for this tripod? And, maybe a manual?

Well Built, but cannot use level to set horizon

Great as a Monopod: - lightweight - quickmount Good Tripod: - Strong and firm - Compact - Super height (72") Only problem is setting a level horizon, sue to the "side flip" (to let you change from landscape to portrait format without removing camera) When Tripod is level accoding to buble level, the Head Mount is NOT level.....

GOOD VALUE

Nice and sturdy, good value, it's a Quantaray model, not the Sunpak, but they are pretty much the same. Wish it came with a carry case

Solid tripod.

Very solid tripod for the on-the-go photographer. Didn't give it 5 stars because it is a bit heavy. That heft, though, is compensated by its solid construction and performance. If you're looking for "lightweight" then scroll on. If you're looking for solid reliability, this is what you need!

Sunpak Tripod/Monopod

Easy to set up. Love the fact that the center post is also a detachable monopod. The tripod is a little heavy so I wouldn't use it if I had to walk very far.

Nice tripod for the money!

This is for a Nikon D3100 and it works great with the system. Easy set up and tear down. Not the lightest but at the price it isn't heavy either. The head works well and is very fluid. I purchased this on sale and for the sale price it is well worth it. At the regular price, I would recommend comparing it to others in its price range to get the one that best fits your needs.

More than you pay for!

Alright, it isn't a Manfrotto or Gitzo, but it is a solid performer at a fraction of the price! And it doubles as a monopod and comes with an extra quick release plate. Since going digital from medium format film, I have been downsizing, and I just don't need those heavy tripods any more. The QSX fits nicely in my lightstand bag, ready to go.

I liked the first one I bought so much I bought another one.

This tripod is very well built, it stays steady even with a heavy camera and long telephoto lens.I keep one in my Jeep and one in my truck so I am never without a good tripod.
