Shopper : how many pics it holds?BRIAN P : How ever many you can load on your SD card. It just keeps scrolling on through. We use a 4GB card.DAVID E : I haven't played around with it too much yet, but the following holds true for the default file limits on the SD card. It all depends partly on the size of the SD card you use in it and the file size of the pictures. There is a limit on the number of files you can have in any one folder on a SD card. The root of the SD card can handle 512 entries. I haven't tried to see whether the Sunpak can handle folders, but that is the only way you can have more files. Google SD file card quantity to get more specific info.SHAWN O : None, really. You load pics onto an SD card which you keep inserted in the frame, so number of pics depends on the size of your card. The frame itself doesn't really come with any memory. I put an 8GB card in mine with about two hundred pics (and plenty of room for more) and the frame is handling them fine so far.

Great size & screen, controls are iffy

I got this for my Wife for Christmas. It has a large, non-glare screen, that gives a good viewing angle, and is easy to see the pictures on. I have no complaints with the picture quality and size, especially for [$].The Menu is difficult to work through, the instructions are of little use. It occasionally turns itself on, or off, sometimes with the result that only the menu shows. I've tried multiple times to adjust the timers to alleviate this, but it has not completely solved it, although it's gone from once a day to 1 or two times per week. Generally, when the menu is showing, I only have to turn it off, then on, and all is well. Occasionally I still have to go into the menu to get it displaying again. For me, it was worth having to cycle it off and on occasionally, it was the cheapest large screen picture frame I could find, and it has good picture quality.I have loaded JPG photos on it direct from the camera, at over 4MB each, without a problem. I also loaded up nearly 800 jpg photos of various resolutions, more than 3GB worth, and it would cycle through them.

I think This is a great Frame

I have purchased 10 of the 15" Sunpak Frames, I have given many as gifts and have kept 2 for myself. This Unit does not have any internal memory, I use Flash or jump drives, You can even use your camera memory card direct from your camera or load it from your computer, I have never found out the maximum # of pics it will display, possibly as many as you memory card will hold? I have one that I have used for 3 years and I have never had a problem with any of the others. Th speakers are not the greatest but for the Price I can't complain, I have purchased smaller ones and Paid more for them and they could never do what this Unit does, with less issues. I am Very Pleased!

What a great Digital Frame

Purchased this as a gift for Christmas, for my mother and loaded it with family pictures so it was ready to go on Christmas day, What a Great gadget for viewing photos, Very easy to add pictures, love the USB cable connection, Now all my siblings want one,including me, what a great gadget.
