The CA180 is an aluminum tripod with a 180 Degree multi-angle center Column. For even more possibilities, it also includes a second, sliding tripod head platform. Not only can a second head be mounted to this accessory, but it also includes multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded taps for an incredible amount of versatility. Adding a monitor, recorder, microphone, computer tray or simply a second camera becomes quite simple.

180 Degree of rotation means you can go from Vertical with the camera on top, to horizontal and also camera inverted for those low angles, without having to remove the center column to flip it around. The included sliding tripod head platform has multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 taps for your favorite accessories. With both a lanyard and a 3/8"-16 threaded hole built into the center brace, it's simple to add weight for stability and also other threaded accessories directly to the tripod.

Three leg angle positions with a simple spring loaded thumb lock make set-up a breeze on uneven terrain. Foam grips on all three legs and simple twist style leg locks bring both comfort and confidence to your next shoot.

This kit also includes the BH-C33 Ball head to make a complete ready to go kit. The BH-C33 features an Arca style quick release plate with an anti-twist rubber pad. The ball head has a 33lb load capacity to securely mount and re-position gear quickly and easily using the independent pan and tilt lock knobs.
