The flashes will support a cable sync as well but I have not tried it.
Cristina W : Hello ^_^ Is this kit compatible with outdoor photography? Thank you!SHAWN Q : The lights are 110v (vs battery power) so that would be the first problem using these outdoor. The second problem is that I don't think they would be bright enough for outdoor use unless ridiculously close to the subject. We use these indoors and often want for more light. this having been said, we use and like this kit. The only thing this kit lacks is a nice carrying case.ED J : We only use ours indoors in a very controlled environment. I would suggest testing in the proposed outdoor setting to be sure if they will work for your intended purpose.

Affordable, Lightweight and Effective

This set-up is a great simple affordable light system. I use it for portraits, stills, and it is lightweight and easily moveable for offsite shooting.

So so

It's a very nice kit but it is really slow so it can drive you mad, about 10-12 secs to charge between shoots.
