Initially daunted by some of the negative feedback on the Internet, I approached the set up with some trepidation. However, by reading through all the instructions I managed to have a very efficient security monitor. I have other hardwired systems but with them, I am unable to access them via my Android mobile phone. Thoroughly recommend the ADW0410.

I like the product easy to set up, but Ive been having problems with the unit not charging. I have been sent a new adapter but still the display unit will not charge. So i have 4 useless cameras at the moment and I am playing tag with the support group.

Although the cameras are amazing in the day time one of them is particularly foggy at night, there is no obstruction to the IR to make it reflect light but its so bad that you can only see half the screen, i tried turning down brightness but it just makes it too dull in the day time

THe hardware is good but the app lets down the whole package. The app has not been updated since 2014.

Good quality camera and very easy to set up/install. I was happy to find that it was monitoring/recording from the time it was first installed and installation itself was a breeze. The images and features are great

This was so easy to set up. I was so pleased when I purchased this one afternoon and after arriving back home had it enabled 30 minutes after taking it out of the box. For instant security you cannot do any better. Love it!

Easy to install, good price, great concept, but motion detection at night is poor, and also on rainy days. People can walk right across the camera's view and not be recorded. It picks up bigger things like cars fine.The solution Swann provided was just to leave the camera recording all night. This fills up the memory quickly, and makes it difficult to later locate any activity of interest. The touchscreen needs improvement - sometimes you have to touch it several times before it recognises your command. It would be nice if the motion detection recording could record longer than just a few seconds.

I did a lot of research across many manufacturers and price points. Even though this was the lowest price point I was considering it had the right features so I descided to give it a try. It's been over 3 months and working great. Installation was quick and easy. I installed the mobile app for remote monitoring and it works awesome. There was a connection problem that I had to call Support, open 24x7, for assistance and they were very good and resolved my problem quickly. Great product and support...I would recommend this product.

I design CCTV so I know a thing or four about quality, standards and usage. I needed a !wireless! decent camera system for a non-user at a small hotel. This unit blows me away. Two degrees of image quality, quad or single screen view, excellent reception...I will buy more! So I spent $350 for 2 cameras and a portable monitor - as good or better than wired analog and way cheaper than digital...and did I mention the cameras are wireless (OK they need AC. If it lasts (holds up/quality) I will be an evangelist.

I bought a 32gb SD card as mentioned in several places on website, then found out that a Micro SD card is required, please fix this on website. Since the card is so tiny, it would be helpful to say which way up it goes when inserting it.

Once the pairing was performed we got a good picture;however, I found out the monitor has to stay onto use the mobile app on my iPhone which received a good picture with sound.priced a little higher than I hoped, but the wife made the purchase.

Just installed 4 camera system. All works fine, PIR sensitivity is adjustable, as is brightness. Can view one or 4 cameras, change which camera to listen to and adjust playback volume. I recommend getting a 32Gb high speed SD card for smoother video. Reading other comments I think some people just need to spend a little more time reading and understanding the instructions.
